  1. Don't forget that video evidence woks both ways.
  2. Try searching the forum, this was covered a couple of weeks ago.
  3. If you attend on the last weekend you will get some good deals.
  4. I have ridden over 70,000 miles in the last five years with tyre sealant in my tyres and the only time I had a flat tyre was when I had a split in the side wall, which tyre sealants don't claim to prevent. But like I said I'm not trying to convert anyone, just carry on doing what you do and I will do the same.
  5. This has been covered in depth on other threads. I still stand by my previous comments. I always use tyre sealants. I'm not trying to convert anyone so you can use it or not, as is your want.
  6. Perverting the course of justice can get you a long time in the pokie.
  7. Did you have a full jug in the topbox or an empty 1 you filled at the shop Empty jug in top box and get them to fill it at the shop, they said "oh I don't think we have a bucket" to which I replied "no worries I just happen to have a jug in my top box"
  8. Dane Tyril Look here http://eurokclub.bike/index.php?topic=1801.msg21106#msg21106
  9. Find the BSA owners club.
  10. Not overlooked by me, I have been before and am leading a small group there in April next year. Luxembourg city is very nice but also a bit expensive.
  11. I came back to biking after a 33 year break, did a refresher course before I let myself loose on an unsuspecting public. That was about 7 years ago and in that 7 years I have gained an IAM qualification and covered about 70,000 miles, many of them with my wife and we both thoroughly enjoy it. I hope you enjoy it too.
  12. Told ya, peeps don't like to part with them
  13. I think everyone should go to Blackpool once but that is probably one time too many
  14. The ride down to Harlow on Wednesaday was a wet one. Mike and Cheryl were already there when we turned up, but it didn’t take long to shower, change and head for the bar. Thursday morning was light cloud with some sun poking it’s nose out from time to time. The journey to the tunnel took about an hour and a quarter and we had plenty of time for a coffee before boarding the train. On arrival in France it was more sun than cloud and the temperature was rising. We took the motorway to Boulogne and had a coffee and a nice apple tart with cream (yum). Then we took a non motorway wiggly route from Boulogne to Berck and then back on the motorway for the last few miles, we had both had enough of riding by then. On arrival in Abbeville we found a couple of parking spaces right outside the hotel. The weather was sunny and warm for the rest of the trip. In Abbeville we found a nice cosy and friendly restaurant where the food and service were excellent. Here is a picture of all of us before tucking into our dinner. After Abbeville we headed for Saint-Omer which is a convenient place to stop off for a night before heading for the tunnel. The journey to the tunnel was in sunshine and pleasant temperatures. All in all we all had a great time in excellent company.
  15. The Sena 20S and 20S Evo have an app and one of the settings on the app give you the option to turn on or off Navigation app support. this should explain it ">
  16. It depends on whether you ride with elbows up or elbows down. If you have elbows up then you need the gloves inside. If you ride elbows down then gloves outside. The elbow position will depend on the type of bike you have.
  17. The Sena 20S Evo has a setting that you can turn on and off to overcome this problem, have you got the latest firmware?
  18. However you do this DO NOT USE Scotchloks, they will fail. Think about using Positaps instead.
  19. When you say "doing it at work" does that mean using it or selling it?
  20. I am off to France with Melanie and my mate Mike W and his wife Cheryl on the 12th for a few days. We are staying at the Premier Inn Harlow on the 11th to break up the journey, we should be there at about 6.30 pm so if anyone is in the vicinity please pop in for a coffee/chat. Abbeville is our destination for a couple of days and then staying in St. Omer on Saturday for the short hop to the tunnel on the Sunday. As usual I will try to remember to take photos.
  21. I have found a video from Bryan Glynn, an FJR owner in the States who did some distance testing on the 20S. "> The Evo might possibly be a bit better, but I would be happy with that sort of distance between units. No need to employ Melanie as a tester
  22. Very good, if only eh?
  23. You need Rukka for an exchange/loan jacket
