I clipped a cone on mod 1. First it rocked left, and then it went back upright, and then it rocked right and then back up again, and then it rocked left and fell over. I know that feeling @peepae, and it's not a great one After three years riding the TV at standard height, I've had it lowered an inch. Now if I shift to the left I can get at least one foot flat down, and I feel a lot more confident stopping on uneven surfaces.

Bikesafe is the programme run by the coppers. Not every constabulary runs them, and they aren't all identical, but the one I did in Cambridgeshire was excellent. It was free iirc. It's aimed at newish riders wanting to progress further; perhaps it might work well for you.
