WD-40 400ml Specialist Motorbike Chain Cleaner https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0074JJYOI/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_Uph7wb84TA84R" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; darcol uk. It's a quid more than buying 2x 200 from aldi but I don't have to go to aldi... I call it the crazy german shop because all the wd40 stuff I've had from them before was all in german
-
Oh good spot! Think I'll just go with my crazy german shop on amazon then!
-
YES! Good luck and keep us updated
-
I'm replying to register my "like" of your post Mark and thanks for the details - I found it weirdly enjoyable reading!
-
yeah I said the brake test was kinda unfair. You lock up in a car you maybe skid about a bit. You lock up on a bike like that and you're enjoying NHS food for a while
-
ooooh wd40 chain cleaner! I need more of that
-
WOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOOOOOO OLD POST ALERT It's been 9 months.... he's probably not coming back
-
Very very nice! I love our little intruder you'll have loads of fun toottling round on it Oh, the wheels are a bugger to clean though aren't they
-
I ranted at the same bit I shouted "Well done Guy! You've passed your Mod 1"
-
Haha Yeah also if I break it I'll have to grovel to the OH for a loner bike
-
Yeah I tend to agree Stu. Just a bit tricky finding time and dry daylight to do it in. Clocks go forward soon that should help! It has been more or less behaving recently lol EAB! I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that
-
Whilst we're talking about chokes..... ninja starts fine from cold on about half choke. Will rev about 1800 - 2000 for maybe 30 seconds then razz up to over 4000. Turning choke off slightly it settles back down. It's one of those things I know it does it so always wait until it's had its moment before setting off buy part of me thinks if it's an easy fix I should do it
-
It was a bit of a laugh! Quite enjoyed it even though the bike didn't stand a chance
-
ooooh! A lesser spotted indicating minicab! A rare and elusive creature! But yeah I agree after a while the "idiot-o-meter" gets well tuned and you know who's gonna try and kill you before they do
-
Good good. Got yourself a haynes manual yet?

-
oops! As said getting to grips with a new bike takes a while. Don't give up just learn from it all Also get an ABBA stand
-
Oh and in answer to the original post - I've just seen an advert for the highlights on itv4 on Monday 21st. Cdg that story made me laugh and wince in equal measures
-
Weirdly a lot of people seem to hate turning right!! OH has made the rather good point that as your right hand is working the throttle your arm is at a slightly weird angle which doesn't help. His bike has really low bars which doesn't help as if you turn tightly your arm hits the tank which is inconvenient I think as long as you know why you fell off it does actually help. Well in my case it did - if the bike had just failed on me it would have freaked me out.
-
Top stuff. I'm sure they'll get more out of you in the long run this way as well
-
was this just the cable being too tight? .... or too loose I've confused myself thinking about this

Haaaaha where's the "I bloody love this" button I'm hoping the Suzuki boys continue doing well. esparago rode the wheels off it last year! I still blame bautista for their exit
