  3. Pretty sure it should be in front of you
  4. Really really really sad news. Phil, for people who want to donate by PayPal does the club have one they can use (then be added to the fund)? I'm offering myself as a middle man if not, anything to help
  5. Points two and three were the signs for me! Made a really annoying slapping noise on the frame as well
  6. I'm sure they say you make better decisions when you need the loo... maybe not to that extent though Congrats On the pass! Maybe make sure you don't have curry before your practical....
  7. Who me!? My thingy is small... barely even a "thi"
  8. Look Vicki - Glorian has a big thingy too!!
  9. always change them together. And better to change them a bit early than too late!
  10. Hey, do you mean you're not sure how chokes work in general or how the one on this bike works? I dunno if it's got a strange one! If it's the first you will need to open the choke (by pulling the lever towards you) before you start the bike. Depending on many factors will depend how much you need to open it for the bike to start. Try on about half first, if it doesn't turn over try a bit more. Once it starts you will need to leave the choke on for a while until the engine warms up. How long is a while you ask? Well that is kinda weather and bike dependant too! The little intruder is good after a couple of minutes, the NInja needs a smidge more (but that has a temperature gauge for delightful cheating). You can ride the bike with the choke on (just remember to turn it off!) or you can leave the bike running on the stand and turn the choke off before you set off. If you turn the choke off too soon the engine will either splutter a lot or cut out. if this happens put a bit more choke on for a smidge longer.
  11. Whilst I admit I am lardy, I always found our intruder was quite slow at the ole acceleration
  12. I can't say I'm surprised. Whilst it looked like it would be a fun track I always had small worries about how well the infrastructure of the surrounding area would deal with that amount of people - roads, hotels etc. Also it would add about two hours on to my current travel time to Silverstone! It also seemed to be really badly planned in terms of land acquisition and building time
  13. Ooh I like bikes and light vandalism. Sign me up.
  14. Don't worry Rant will keep you company Hey Joe, think Hedingham is a little far for a couple of people on this trip - but as it's so popular we may do a few more and hit up Hedingham
  15. Heart went out to Vinales, just misjudged it enough to get on that little wet sliver Moto 3 was AMAZING though! Should have put a tenner on Pawi
  16. ahah have a good rant about that did you? We were saying least Iannone could have done was help Dovi push his bike over the line
  17. Soooooooooooooooooo just got round to watching it. F***ing livid at Ianonne right now!!!!!
  18. That is bad luck mate, I'd recommend getting an under seat repair kit - I've had to use mine a couple times. Bit of a pig at first and from fully flat you will need 3 of the compressed gas cannisters to get a vaguely decent PSI but should get you home
  19. Hey Beefy (can I call you beefy?) you'll be fine! You can't fail a CBT because it's not a test. It's training - if they worry you might end up getting confused mount a pavement and run over a small dog they'll suggest you come back for more training just to get you as safe as possible Just go enjoy it!
  20. Your signature is perfect for that picture
  21. Get a Chinese bike, you'll definitely outlast that
