As I was walking down my road the other day, I estimated that probably 80% of the shops and services are run by non British Europeans. If they all had to up and leave it would have a devastating effect on the community as a whole. Can you own a business in the country you are being deported from? Or would you have to sell up? Even if you can keep it you now need to find workers and as previously mentioned GENERALLY brits don't want to work 10+ hour shifts in a corner shop. Or at weekends (and I myself fall into this group - have done it, don't want to do it again). This is part of the reason I'm in. Where I live is a much nicer place because of all the different cultural backgrounds. We have a Greek Deli and a Polish Shop and an Italian Deli (all run by their respective nationalities) and a couple of (delightfully) crazy Greek restaurants and an amazing all day breakfast cafe (run by non british Europeans) and a british run bar/restaurant. Also run by non british europeans, hairdressers, beauty salon, barbers, tailors... oh and a gym. I always forget the gym....

I don't even have words for this PETA are a bunch of hypocritical asshats anyway. Yeah PETA the police would have ran over a frightened human. It is exactly the same. Well done. Go away.

Congrats! Turning indicators off will become second nature once you've been riding a while and you'll remember to turn them off most the time! As Tango said... We do all still forget occasionally

Congrats! Remember you never stop learning and you make your own luck on a bike! Plan ahead and don't get sucked in to going faster than you're comfortable with wishing you many happy decades of biking

You can only ride green kawasaki's. It's a weird rule but luckily they are the best bikes

Some car drivers can not handle the fact that someone on a bike can get to places quicker than they can and filter traffic. They believe that they are the most important person in the world and everyone should WAIT behind them until they get to their destination first.
