Adjust idle speed with screw, once the bike is warmed up , may also need a sync -
..do u need to rejet for just a can ? Maybe , just check the colour of the plugs before you put the can on , then change the can if they are the same colour after a good run ,and you were happy with the way the bike was running beforehand you should be alright

Have a look at bypassing the starter Solenoid relay, on You Tube , if the bike turns over then it's the starter solenoid relay at fault , if not check for 12v in and out of the starter switch (handle bar)
-
Right ,have you put a New Starter motor on as well as the Starter Solenoid/Relay? Sorry I said Bridging the Starter Motor , I meant bridging the Starter Solenoid Relay
-
Have you tried "bridging" the starter motor ,or a load test on the battery? Edit; Bridging the Starter Solenoid Relay
-
do you have lights and auxiliaries, are the fuses all good?
-
Hi ,are you saying with a fully charged battery it wont turn over the engine?
-
All I can suggest is battery off and charge it , get hold of a honda CG125 workshop manual , and test Gen/Alternator, rec/reg, with a Multimeter to check the system is in spec (whatever that is) as the Sinnis is a copy of the Honda

If your still there , sorry to see you go ,from one Ex-Serviceman to another

Is the Idle smooth at 1000rpm?
-
Rightyho, not sure where your relay is, but wont be far away from the battery so look under the seat, your looking for a component like the picture below, what you will need to do is (with ignition on) place an insulated screwdriver between the 2 bolts on top , be ready for a surprise beacause there will be sparks flying, but the engine should turn over, keep your hands away from the screwdriver shaft or you might get a jolt, hold it there only for a second or you will weld it on
-
Do you know how to Bridge the starter solenoid/relay?
-
Dug us old buggers out of a hole there MB
-
Yes you might have enough for the lights, but not enough for the starter motor, have you tried a bump start
-
Firstly take the battery off ,charge and see if it will hold the charge, if it was a fuse I doubt you could have heard it blow, but check all fuses any way,
-
Hows the battery and fuses

Hi matey , would leave that for the Service when they do it
