Chat with Kawasaki as they did extend warranty during lockdown (See here ) and failure to have it serviced by 'authorised' means invalidates that warranty. It's not just milage but also yearly services . With regards to service history to me it means nothing if buying a vehicle as it depending on the person checking the items doing so in a prescribed manner ...How many times a month do i deal with people who have just had their vehicles serviced and an item that was deemed ok has suddenly failed resulting in them being sat n side of motorway ... Being a low milage / newish bike people will look at the history service more than older bikes . To me service history is this ...its a book but it belongs on which shelf Fiction or Non Fiction and i always go for Fiction

Exhaust gasket ... Grease . Big dollop holds and then melts Glues can create high points on surfaces and depending on the glue it may attack the mating surfaces

Score the gasket with a blunt blade or even rough it up with a wire brush and apply parrafin/brake and clutch cleaner / wd40 and leave it to penetrate and then as above scrape gently . something like https://www.toolstation.com/stanley-window-scraper or https://www.screwfix.com/p/unger-mini-safety-scraper

If you don't have a rubber mallet a block of wood is a good substitute. Before any levering make 100% that you have all fastners removed otherwise you may damage the mating surfaces/sump/crankcase further . Be advised even you have drained the oil ... It will still be present.

Have you checked the main fuse on starter solenoid ? ( If fitted )

Depends on their definition of a locked garage .. Most only class a brick structure as a garage ... Some don't even class concrete section garages as a garage . I tend to go 0% voluntary excess as it only adds £30-40 more compared to paying out the extra £100's excess . Weigh up the cost of adding security ie chains locks etc to the real world of the time you forget to do it etc ... Again it might cost you £40 more but it's not part of the conditions Don't give them a reason to void the policy by using false information ...yes you may get cheaper insurance but if prosecuted for fraud it will cost you a lot more for years after and lots will not insure you
