We got a hire car last year, took me 5 mins of not agreeing with anything on the screens before I could drive it, with a warning of limited functionality on some systems

To continue with the Royal Fail. Ongoing so they ruined my original new passport, now they've managed to loose my new paper application complete with returned passport and more than enough information for identity theft, it was sent signed for and so far they think it's still at the post office/shop where it was dropped off, they think it might be at Glasgow office but they not sure. So next up is a phone call to explain my last passport is lost, I don't have the number for it as we just sent it straight back, it's also not signed and it's now getting to the point I'm going to need to do a fast track, pay double the price and go to a passport office, the absolute twats.
