The nose weight on a towbar is more related to the safe handling of what is being towed. You dont want negative nose weight as it will severely impact what your towing, as does excessive nose weight. Overloading a towbar puts extra weight directly onto the rear axle of the car and could exceed the average cars max rear axle weight pretty easily. That BMW could easily weigh 6 billion kgs just ask @Stu the badge alone probably has it's own gravity well..

Shirley cracking on tyres is a bad thing. Would have no issues replacing rear only, it's not like your mixing cross-ply and radials on a car.

I didn't need to watch any more than the first few frames, that's far too fast to be filtering safety through stationary traffic in a built up area, only doing 20 really, 20 is the maximum now on lots of roads. Pedestrians need to be treated as not having a clue about their surroundings, a pedestrian may have never driven or even had a push bike, they could be blind deaf or just plain stupid, any idiot could open a car door to get out or just to have a look at what's going on further down the road, some weight may be put on them for being in charge of their own safety but that blame is falling predominantly on the shoulders of the guy on the bike.

We are not a nanny state, if someone wants to put a car tyre on the rear well that's down to them the road and their insurance company. Upsides, greater weight loading, bigger foot print, more grip in a straight line, I've seen batman and he had plenty of grip.......
