I have checked most his cars/Van's and all taxed even the cars that dont move theres is two parked right outside my door .. they not moved in the last 2 years . Every one and a while they move the cars round to his garage at the back the house and unstick the wheels and sort the battery out then park them back till next year. I use his drive dropped curb to reverse my car on to my garden to park when I'm at home during the day .then at night park them in my garage .. He has just extended his garage out the back by 12ft and 20 ft long WITH OUT PLANING . Its going to be his paint spray room/engine rebuild room .. It must cost him a complete fortune to tax insure mot all these vehicles .. He also runs a part scam with his business he is an gas engineer who fits boilers to a well known shop he is qualified to fit them but his DAD has the same name who he also fits boilers to these shops but not qualified. So when they check the docket its signed the sons name even tho the father did the work . As they both drove the same colour type van with the name of the son on it.. Hes been doing this for the last 4 or 5 years now ..

In Cardiff city park the ice cream ven is run off electric his van is turned off and he plugs his van in to the mains . It's been like that for many years now . So yea turn the engine off as I remember standing next to ice cream Van's and in the exhausted fumes one wishing hebhurry up and serve me as i want my ice cream two I cant fecking breath here so yea turn them off As for the bill thing it's all a fecking scam the whole bloody thing . My next door nab has put in a log burner and this year it's been running and feck me It fecking stinks .. he uses dryed logs form a farmer whom sells dry logs for log burners so it's not crap hes burning but it really stinks the whole street stinks when he got this running .. Well my next door car/collector has just bought a Suzuki 4X4 and a Talbot motorhome. To go with his two caravans out the front on the road it's like the pikeys have moved into out street

Had to wait months .. then went to start work as an electrician NONE of his electrician qualifications was any good he had to do a part P courses for him to do electrician stuff this guy has been fitting out military bases and massive transformers and stuff . Also if you die in the yank army you get $100.000 death payment £16.000 in the UK ..

Just tell them you dont remember riding that way that day . And you need proof it was you . The plastic prick in the van will need a lot more than i jotted it down as he went by rubbish . The police HAVE to prove your guilty you DONT have to prove your innocent... ask them to prove it and say I'll see you in court .. answer all questions.. no comment .... when the judge asked why no comment just tell him you was not prepared to lie to the officer or make a mistake so you taken legal advice no comment let the judge decide if they ( the cops ) bring in all sorts evidence then you just get the 3 points and a fine NO JAIL perverting courses justice's.. the cops wont so any real police work .. and the judge wont convict you on some plastic prick jotting it down as you went past .. ALSO all camera Van's have rear facing AND front facing cameras.. sounds like lazy plastic prick count be arsed to.set up both camars .. . Play it out let them do the work just stuck to the law no comment.............

Just call the van company and ask them are they paying tax on then van as any company that allows staff to take Van's cars home must pay tax on it as then becomes a company car/van . As my old works would not allow the large van to be take home the smaller ones was allowed but the drivers had to pay the Tax .. .

I like that.. that good .. The old gent who used to live next door to me with his wife and son . Him and his wife have passed away in the last 3 or 4 years . His name was Bob .. and he lied about his age and joined up .as he was about to be sent to Burma his mum went to the army barracks and told he was only 15 ... so they kept him back . So the following year he was sent abroad his 1st taste of action .. at 16 years old .. running for his life up a beach 6th June 1944.. at 16 years old He showed me some items he had from that day at the top of the beach head .. he had some German items one was a SS cerimonal dagger .I said to him I used to collect these and other knives when I was younger .. he replied mm I had to kill the bast*rd to get these the room went cold really sound moment.. about a week later he got blown up and was flown back to the UK then once he was ok ( no way was he right his wife told me the nightmares he suffered due to the battle /blown up and what he seen )he was sent to Belgium. Which was brand new supored just come off the production line .. two weeks it broke down then over the next 6months the car was in the garage/dealership trying to to get the car to work over 60 miles or so .every time it passed 60 miles or just not reaching 100 miles it brake down towed back to the dealership in the end they scrapped it .. as Ford done so many diagnostic test and fault findings they said it was the wiring ALL THE WIRING was crap so rather than rewire the whole car they scrapped it.. He had a sharan to use while it was being looked at cant say fixed he kept the sharan which is the same car just with VW badge and there own parts.. As the galaxy sharan. seat Alabama. Are all the same car just with different makes own parts.. fords all way use cheap steel why they always rust and cheap Chinese wiring.. . You know the best bit ... ......my brother WAS a car sales man for ... yep you got it Ford dealership. Stay away from fords ..works for citroen an all the other frog makes .

He must have had the parking tickets arrive at his door why didn't he deal with them then .. also how long ago did he sell the car.. as the NEW driver tax insure not the car ?????? Also . Only the council or police you have to tell them.who was driving the car priveat car parks just contact them.by email or registered post saying you was not the driver of the car that day you have to find him /her and give them the ticket find and keep the advert for selling the car ... that's all you have to tell.them let them take you to court .just show the judge the receipt. Or email .. As for the fines now .. the new driver is responsible.for these not the old owner .. just tell the scum debt collectors dont talk to me about some one else information braking the data protection act .. Then remove the right of being on your property to them only a court order will alow the on your property.. make sure its stamped signed by a judge .

. the ringleader had something like 73 offences between 2003 and 2014 This is my point .. hes not going to change all hes going to do is keep hurting others who dont follow his line of work if you call it work . Sent to prison for 6 months does 3 next time he was caught he had stolen 20 odd cars how by what he learned in prison .. He is my m8 who was killed by a pot hole his bike hit the pot hole and he was thrown in to the path of a lorry and killed outright .. ps he had gone str8 by then wife 3 kids and a job . . I had the same thing last year when me and the mrs was visiting a wife m8 in hospital. We behind a car who just like you was lost or having problems every time I went to pass he move across to block me or look like he was turning with out looking of indicating I just stayed back. The mrs was on the intercom saying what's his problem??? so as the road came to a left turn at some traffic lights I pulled along side him and knocked on his window and asked him WTF you up to I just got a load bumbling bollocks from didn't see you I thought there was a speed camera stopping you speeding not sure where you going just a load crap . That was when I decided to fit dash cam to my bike as if I had to I would been on it's way to the cops .. Like the footage my mrs.caught of a van driver texting while driving we was in our car I was driving the mrs was in the passenger seat and filming this guy texting ..he sees her filming him WHAT HAPPENDES NEXT He then starts to film HER filming him WHILE HES still driving over a large roundabout in Cardiff.... So his boss has the footage and so does the police .. so somentime this week hes getting an letter with ......notice of prosecution.. off the cops ..

I just don't see why they just dont take them out back the court and put a bullet in there heads save tax payers cash as they not going to be any use to society are they . You see any doctors engineers street cleaners bus drivers in that lineup no just oxygen theives scum who cause misery.to others . how much does 12 bullets cost an can petrol ..
