Anyone out N/E Lincs tomorrow?
fullscreenaging replied to fullscreenaging's topic in Midlands & Lincs ride outs and meets
I forgot my cousin's husband was coming round to put a light and some sockets in the shed this morning. I managed to get out from 11:30 for a bit. Went to do one of the TMBF photo challenges and couldn't bloody find the place lol. Google maps on my phone didn't help much as I didn't gave a lot of service being out in sticks. I got a little bit lost... -

OMG I WAS TERRIBLE!!!

This is not a rant or pointing the finger etc.... What I can't get my head around is, why do people make it difficult for themselves by doing the CBT on ageared bike if they have never ridden before? Just do your CBT on a rev n go. It will simplify things for you. Once you have done your CBT and you want a geared bike then you can practice in your own time in an empty car park etc. I learned to ride a mate's Kwak AR50 when I was 13 illegally (he taught me on the roads) but when I went for my Direct Access at the age of 35 I hadn't ridden a bike since then so I did my CBT on a ped to make my life easier. So don't make life hard for yourselves and have to go back again, sometimes at more expense, just do the CBT on a ped -
Not had a problem ever with my local morrisons.

Sounds like an inside job mate. They have a thief in their midsts. I hope you get the result you deserve and get your money back.

Documentary about Marquez on at the mo. Then a 2014 season review, then shit loads of MotoGP Classics before live practice.

Welcome in. I've just done a quick Google and came across this. Don't know if it's for the twin though. Hope it's useful http://ebookily.org/pdf/honda-cb125-cb1 ... 69275.html -
I ended up taking it in as I don't have the tools atm and the thing had seized! It was took off the bike stripped, cleaned and greased. All sorted now ready for the nice weekend we are promised!

Just a plug for BT sport IMO. It's just not going to be the same.

Could be worth emailing the company. I once had a problem with a meta and after an email to them they put me in touch with one of their fitters and he emailed me all the error codes and the sequences etc

Cheers for all the input guys. I didn't get a chance in the end. I will give an update when I've had a chance sort it. I will definitely be giving it a good clean underneath!

Thanks rennie. I'll give that a shot in a bit. Just have to take the missus to Tesco. I'll be getting a cheap toothbrush while I'm there too!

It's the first time I've been under the bike and noticed it was a bit shoddy! Only picked it up yesterday You reckon it can get it with a bit force?
