Leave them out tonight where they can be seen and they will have vanished by morning -

If they're not registered to you and you want to get rid give them to the pikeys -

Damp leather help......please :-(
dynax replied to APR's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Get some proper leather cleaner and give them a good scrub, then apply some moisturising cream, if you have a fabric liner use some febreeze after a clean with a damp cloth -
It might be worthwhile putting the battery on a conditioning charge if you have a suitable charger

where can get an oversize front sprocket for a ksr moto worx 125?
dynax replied to 777's topic in Motorbike Chat
I agree but also a thank you from OP's would at least acknowledge the effort -
Took Bridget out for her first official ride , adjusted her brakes and lubed her chain then took her out round the local streets for ten minutes , brakes need a bit more tweeking but all is good and she pulls well good strong engine in her, only ordered the parts for the starter and a sparkplug, the sidestand will have to wait as the footrest will need changing which will need the exhaust to be removed, so for now while everything else is okay i can live without a sidestand

Probably an accident and the police bikes deployed to filter through traffic to the scene

Took a chance on having a look at Bridgets starter motor before shelling out on a new battery, and i am so glad i did, after taking it off and taking it apart one of the brushes was totally siezed and not moving, gave it a squirt with a bit of WD40 and got it moving, gave it all a good clean and a regrease fitted it back on and we now have a good strong motor and she fires up on the button quick update, found a refurb kit for the starter £25 ish, but while i'm ordering that will also order a side stand but i need to check and see if the footrest bar is the right one otherwise i will need to order one, i am starting to like this mechaning malarkey

As above 2T engines require an oil/petrol mix which can be premixed externally or internally as in your current case, 4T engines only require petrol in the petrol and oil seperately in the engine same as a car

Companies that get it right.

Shiver me triggers This is becoming tedious, i enjoy a good bit of humorous banter but sadly you have neither, this forum is a great place to be a part of with some fantastic members that go out of their way to help others, and quite frankly you do not fit in this enviroment, if you want to carry on with your childish behaviour i would suggest joining another forum, it is very rare that something narks me and makes me want to comment, but for some reason you do, anyway for now the block list will do before i say something that will get me banned -
A small cargo trailer might be best option

When GTA becomes real life (work safe) tiger 800
dynax replied to Lumor_uk's topic in Motorbike Chat
It wouldn't have been too difficult to outrun them, as soon as they crossed his path he could have quite easily opened it up and passed them on the left -

It is possible to aquaplane across a body of water if the bike is fairly light and the speed is just right and the angle of entry is not too steep, i watched an episode of Mythbusters and they rode across a small lake on a bike

You just need the right bike

Xena is all ready now barring a good clean, Bridget on the other hand needs a bit more managed to get her running but it was a struggle and looks like she may need a new battery after all, luckily she has a kickstart, next thing will be adjusting the brakes and changing the oil in the forks as they seem to bottom out rather quickly with very little pressure, and it sounds as if there is a small leak in the exhaust which will need to done, other than that and a good clean she is all good

fastbob that was brilliant, nice one

just had to share this, brilliant piece of nostalgia
