Love the colour. Wish I had the foresight to buy in all the materials I need to sort my garden out. Never normally gets done because, well there's more fun stuff isn't there.

Make sure you keep walking while you're flying it Bob otherwise you're breaking the rules. The Harley doesn't mean you have to lead that outlaw life.
-
No I didn't click on your YouTube video and hopefully nobody else here will either.

Flip up flipping frustration
FallingDown replied to NorthWalesRider's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Size wise the OP can go and try them on but this won't help him with quietness which I think is more what he is asking. I haven't ever had a flip front and my road helmet is a Bell Bullitt so I definately don't care about noise so unfortunately I can't help here. -

I'm not sure we are ever going to solve that mystery my friend. But a pic of your aunt may help with our enquiries. -

What did you do to your bike today? (part 4)

Didn’t get into doing that until I was about 15 ... Kick boxing in Howard Browns school. The Hawk! For those that don't know it would be like Barry Sheene teaching you how to ride a bike

have you watched Warrior ? think it was on Netflix , was written by Bruce Lee, well worth a look at Will check this out. At first I thought you meant the movie Warrior with Tom Hardy in it. Hadn't heard about this series.

What intercom have you gone with Ian? -

If you were a kid you weren't paying attention to the dubbing. Just learning how to kick your mates in the head

Are CBTs still running?
FallingDown replied to Pbassred's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
I don't really think the CBT is adequate for what it allows you to do so putting someone on a bike without this doesn't make sense to me Yet they can go and ride a 50cc without displaying L plates and carry a pillion, allowing A1 would be safer I disagree. 50cc is closer to a mountain bike than it is a 125cc. And if you carry a pillion the main risk will be getting hit up the arse by a milk float -
I don't have Facebook but I have already failed on the other 4

The power unit on the FXDB is just terrific. Best thing about the bike imho. OH and the semi apes were pretty cool too. Best thing about it for me is that it doesn't give you Vibration White Finger

Or if you're looking for something with a bit more of the"heritage" factor the older Triumph Speedmaster. Some real bargains about now the completely new one is out. Not that it sounds like budget is a problem for you but should preserve most of its value for when you're ready to upgrade to the Harley

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have the Softail Streetbob which is pretty much the same bike. Whilst the power is within the range that the A2 lets you ride once restricted I'm not sure it would be rideable once choked down to 35kW. I love the Milwaukee 8 motor They aren't exactly earth shattering at full power. First thing everyone does is a stage 1 conversion (Exhaust / high flow air filter/ tuner) to give more power. If I were you I'd go for one of the midrange Japanese cruisers for 2 years until you have your full license. The big heavy bikes need big motors I'm afraid. Loads of great stuff to choose from though.
