  1. getting back on subject for the op as well there is a grip system called love handles which is a belt that clips round the riders waist with 2 hand grips on it for the pillion to use to hold on so the rider can feel what they are doing and know they are safe
  2. dont forget that by law the child has to able to hold on safely and reach the footpegs with both feet which isnt a problem you can soon make up a bracket of some sort to raise pegs if needed
  3. the ign has been broken off the fork yoke it can be replaced and the loose wires under the headlight will go to a multiplug possibly inside the headlight unit itself they have simply cut the wires between the ign and the plug by looks of it,to replace fuse is simple job,the spark plug lead is missing the cap just buy new one and it will screw onto the black lead then fit onto spark plug
  4. that noise from 1st to 2nd will be worse when bike stood still like that and when in use it needs firm selection not a fairy boot to change and also in one movement not 2 so dont be in first gear then move to neutral then move again for 2nd do it in one movement so clutch in firm pressure on lever and you will feel it pass neutral and go into 2nd gear

  7. You can put bike onto centre stand and then use a jack under the downpipes to prevent bike tipping forward when front wheel is removed
  8. If they are moving the seals then chances are they need replacing check prices online there might be some deals about on nos stansions

  11. I would say there is a very good chance of being cam and cam bearing damage as well as crankshaft and bearing damage result if this is the case would be 2nd hand engine
  12. Got to agree with Stu reported voltages are far to high right across the range
  13. Just make sure you use genuine parts not cheap pattern parts as they don't last on forks
  14. I prefer to watch the BTCC on itv4 much closer racing compared to F1
  15. Have you tried some gentle heat on the outer side of the fork where seal sits
  16. Assuming you undone the damper in bottom of fork leg leaving top built up then once the damper is undone realease top cap and remove spring then remove dust cap where seal is and remove circlip that holds seal in then use like a slide hammer to drift seal out it should come out fairly easy
  17. Not messed with premux 2 strikes for years apart from petrol strimmer and never had probs with that
  18. Sounds more like it could of been formiing in the pipe from tank to carb and the fresh fuel washed it down into carb

  20. Try new plug and also the end of the ht lead where the cap fits onto might need trimming back a tiny bit to make better contact

  23. Is the bike new or second hand and is there warranty on it? If there is don't mess about with it to much untill you have spoken to whoever sold it to you.but check near throttle and see if there is an adjuster there with lots of play in cable and adjust if you can
  24. You have a pick up for each coil hence there being 2on the plate but for it to happen once hot make sure earths are good as well
