The guy 2 up on an ER5 in Wolverhampton this afternoon.....who went to change lanes on a dual carriageway without doing his lifesaver and suddenly noticed me alongside him in the car.... He swerved back into his lane whilst I was braking hard, and gave me a wave to acknowledge that he'd f*cked up......

Don't beat yourself up over it, mate.....These things happen. The problems that you've encountered with the steering are probably because you're too tense.....I bet you'd find it'll all be ok once you relax.....I know it's easier said than done when you first start riding, but it does come with practice. .......so, head over there next week, try to relax, and enjoy it.....

You may find that parts for other bikes may fit.....but you'd need to measure up the bits you want to replace and have a trawl round t'Internet. .....

Are you sure it's not just a duff battery.......If it's not that, then the Reg/Rec or wiring could be suspect.....

Well....The Mo is soon to be no more...... I thought that I was going to struggle to reach my 120km target for walking during Movember....but it seems that my Movember activity tracker "forgot" some of my walks......and, even though I got to 123km, according to the Movember tracker, my other activity tracker shows that I actually walked 141.5km during Movember......so I'm quite pleased with that...... Many thanks to those that supported my Movember efforts this year....... And, the final photo of the "soon to be defunct" Mo......

Yep.....whip the tank off and see where the switchgear plugs into the loom and see if you can reroute the wiring from there to the bars.......or see if you can find switchgear from another bike that has the same connector, but the wiring is a bit longer......

AM is just for mopeds.......and, if you passed your car driving test before a certain date you can ride a moped with L-plates without doing a CBT.......

As part of my Movember challenge I also pledged to walk 120km over the month......which seemed reasonable at the beginning of the month, but a few health issues got me off to a rocky start......so, as I was still 40km short of this target, I decided to try to rack up a 20km walk today........success!.....

Stick with it mate, it'll all fall into place before you know it......
