  1. Welcome to TMBF mate. .....pop over to the Newbies section and introduce yourself to the guys when you can. ...... As above, I think we need a bit more information and maybe some pics in order to be able to help you. .....
  2. I've got a kriega us30 Tailpack that's a few years old now and has been through some epically wet weather without a hint of a leak......deffo worth the money IMHO. ..... Also have a look at Lomo dry bags......not as easy to attach and release from the bike as the Kriega stuff....but good value......
  3. Good luck mate......let us know how you get on. .....
  4. Is the clasp tension adjustable? .....maybe try adjusting it if you can.....

  10. Welcome to TMBF mate. ......pop over to the Newbies section and introduce yourself to the guys when you can. ...... Dunno about the headlight unit.....but you could instagram the builder and ask him......
  11. One of our members had a lexmoto for a time and the starter relay was under the seat near the tank......so rain water tended to run off the tank and straight into the relay.....Needless to say, it buggered the relay up......so, I'd take a look there first......
  12. They are actually called risers......
  13. Try running the bike for a few days without using the heated grips......my guess is that it'll be fine.......
  14. I think that the thing to remember about the challenge is that it's just an encouragement to get out on your bike, and maybe explore places that you've never been to before......above all, it's for fun!....
  15. I'm guessing I just find a pub near me with any of the 10 names and these aren't specific pubs in the country. Correct, mate......so long as it's a pub name that's listed, it doesn't matter where in the country it is......

    Iceland

We were out there last January (not on the bikes!)....yes, it was chuffing cold.....but what an experience......I'd deffo go back.....maybe take the bikes and go in summer next time......
  17. To quote Terry Pratchett " People say that when you die your life flashes in front of your eyes.........it's true, the process is called living!"

  20. Yeah, I'd change it whilst doing the oil change........do a search on eBay to find a suitable filter......but try to stick to OEM or a reputable make.....

    Coolant

You're probably best off checking the colour of the coolant already in your bike and try to get the same colour......Most coolants are either blue, pink or green.....

    Gilera DNA-Help

Sounds like either a dodgy connection to the display......or the voltage from the charging circuit is not correct.....
  23. I bought my eldest son an Epiphone SG and he absolutely loves it.......I quite like some of the Ibanez guitars......so you don't need to spend big money to get a decent guitar......Squier Strat are not bad......
  24. Does it need to be a Fender Tele?.......Gordon Smith do a Tele shaped guitar, and their build quality is pretty spot on.....
  25. Have you had the Tele set up professionally? ....could just be the string height or the neck relief..... As far as I know the scale length is the same on the Strat and the Tele.....
