Its a ZONTES ZT 125-U in the colour grey according to the number. With it being a Chinese bike you can probably find more parts fallen off it a bit further down the road

What bike is it? someone else on here may of had same bike with same issue. Do the lights/dash come on when you turn the key or is everything dead?

Sounds like you took the right actions for that occasion Animals are unpredictable. Next time you could do the exact same thing and it could be a completely different result.

Only one I can think of is a Gilera DNA but they stopped making them years ago. And it was basically just a scooter dressed up to look like a motorbike. Selling at well over a grand as well it seems. I'm not an expert in them but the restrictors I've seen in exhausts have always looked like a washer with a hole maybe 1.5cm ish in diameter. Even if that was a restrictor (which I doubt) it wouldn't be restricting much

Is the bike running as it should? Is so it's probably an overflow hose from the carburettor. Can't quite tell on photo. It isn't supposed to be connected to anything, fuel will run out of there if something goes wrong If the bike isn't running then that might be something else
