I would quite like another camera to mount on the bike for rear facing. Anything drift/contour/GoPro seems to be very highly rated. I've never used a go pro or contour but the drift hd ghost I have is brilliant.

I've got a drift HD Ghost. You can hardwire it to the bike, there are different mount sets, so it could be bar mounted, helmet mounted, suction cup etc. The video on it is excellent, apart from night is a little poor however the Ghost S improves on this. It has a DVR mode, so you can set it to switch on when you turn the bike on and you can set what it records etc. Brilliant piece of kit and i don't go out without mine, even if i'm popping to the shop. -
That Halfords kit is sweet, i'll keep an eye on that too

Its a brilliant piece of kit, i take mine whenever im out on the bike. Thinking of getting a mic and perhaps doing some vLogging, also looking to pic up some new mounts. I do ride home in the dark as i finish at 22:00 but you can still see, just a lot of noise on the images. -

I have the HD Ghost but not the Ghost-S the only bad thing I can find is that the night recording is poor if you are on completely unlit roads but other than that I am impressed. The new one has better night vision I believe. -

Great advice being given here, as Littlecat said, never, ever buy a second hand helmet. You only get one head... Protect it properly.

May try out the base layers. Got some Kevlar jeans from aldi last year they seem ok but sizing was wayyyy off

As tango has said the fz6 which is the naked fazer it's meant to be a real good bike

The tires are skinny but i never had a problem. I was concerned about how skinny but it handled everything with ease.

Hi pal, I did the same to some of my textiles. I got my amazing girlfriend to do it, nothing special used she even went and re in forced the others. Result !
