  1. As above, no lasting damage but if you were doing 60-70mph (with a smallish capacity engine) and did the same then release the clutch lever so the engine had to equalise to the very high speed of the box rather than the speed of the bike (bouncing off the rev limiter and screeching of the tyre) that whats harms the bike, tyre and you/your pants..... Never happened to me luckily but ive been in a car when someone did that...80mph into first! its funny when it's not yours.
  2. seems to wear fixed a armoured vest/jacket like this.
  3. they probably will even if govs get round to let bikes have ice for more years but tighten the emissions or just slap straight over to electrical bikes. in all honesty it would be better for you to test ride one of the same model/size as what you're thinking of rather than take a randoms persons view on a forum...
  4. well permanently fix it with solid connection as OC said or get the parts from the dealer/autofactor and diy the repair.
  5. yes, it will be permanent feed for both (probably linked in line- take the fuse out to test) and the brake will be on a relay/switch so press the brake will close the switch to turn it on. similar the front lights will be linked with the indicators but lights get it first with relay to indicates.
  6. probably shouldnt be on tv, radio or any kind of media...
  7. Hi, definitely the correct choice now and what you have in mind for your next bike. advice is don't rush just to get the next bike yet even straight after das, learn from your current bike and equipment/gear, whats good and not, what you like/ bugs you? researching (not marketing bs) will help you make a good solid choice to make it cheaper/better/safer for your next purchases.
  8. very cheap, made there for that region off memory very much like dunlops which makes them readily available And cheaper than shipping across the waters, part of the yokohama brand if you from the car world. any road tyre from your favourite brand, just stick to a tier a few down (a few generations old), older tech isn't shite back then and not wasted on the road now but much cheaper to buy, tyre will be freshly made if you get it from a reputable company. so like michelin road 4 or pilot powers or continental road attack 3, avon 3dmx, bridgestone bt23 yada yada.
  9. A no for me. just fills a program slot with far too much repetition time fillers rather than content. Then just dithers on about something not necessary... eventually after some shoddy editing something done.
  10. sold the wifes CBF125 - , owner got a good deal and a great bike. No replacement in the near future, if ever? .

    Hi, nice, enjoy!
  13. what about cheese toaster? grill? job title exotic dance Aka lap dancing toaster. do they have extroplazma (hell) or silicone (heaven -Red dwarf) very short survey, extremely vague and little detailed in questions so not sure the point at what it was trying to convey really. Think Fliddes should do a survey
  14. nice, I wouldnt have called it a cougar...
  15. agree with all. its not just animals, small aquatic, plant and bacteria life living and dead in there anyway trying to live and keep the planets eco system spinning not just for the inconvenience and costly reasons to human society. don't worry they'll be bitching about the rubber, brake dust, broken plastic and dumped wires, extra ground work and in for structure (let alone the extra waste people make while waiting to recharge , broken down, on fire when were ALL forced to EVs next.
  16. Thanks SD , yes that and foreword cardo out of the two.
  17. well the wifes cbf125 will probably be sold with mixed emotions. no replacement in the near future other than an EV car........Easy boy and girls it's complicated
  18. sorry to READ that my respect (could of been a possibility in my life and wife) mine was civilian industrial impacted. depending on how bad it it you definitely don't want it to be worse. to be very honest best foamy (the pink and yellow ones) and speaker and mic is the best route....
  19. to be honest unless he was on the top seat it was wasted for him am amoung the cattle that scrabble for the few over priced seats or shiteness. i for one is glad hes still in wsbk (otherwise it would be xgp midget bau running the show - which i may say no disrespect to him as its just how it is for him to muscle a large powered bike) which shows the rookie and ex druggy with talent cand out in strong performance regardless of heavier weight/latger bodies with the new regs. i will continue to have great eye and great support for Tops natural capabilities as he has shown results if not unbelievable results no matter what bike he graces his arse on... a true fing a legend in my opinion.
  20. honda, just go specialist or at least a dealer to trust, silver or padgetts
  21. but realistically you need something to realistically keeo you from getting titinius cos holy moly it is really shite that you have to live with that only gets worse!!
  22. thank f your here to say what i want to say but cant... #tinyasianblowupdoll.
  23. Thanks Gero! added in wise words i dont have time to add in myself. first of buy on condition and history- doesn't have to be dealer, specialist or owt fancy. but if local ask the service mech what they needed to do to it, slip um £20 for honest answer cos mostly those poor mofos aint paid enough
  24. Hi and welcome. bcars and bikes are totally different beasts! yes for a gauge of bikes but you really need to research what you ACTUALLY REQUIRE for you, not just be biggest lump you can fit your arse on! body dimensions, skill matter, your lifestyle rather than lust for!!!! just to be clear they hope the bike they get in doesnt have a problem so don't expect them to actually know to fix a bike, they get outside help for that...
