  1. Im a picker/fiddler by nature-no not those sickos but more of those annoying fidget people as the wife calls me . if i had braces when stopped id have to pull them out and play.. wow sounds worse now... to illustrate so Stu's finger of fate doesnt ban me.
  2. Now im not condoning nicking but Ians idea is very tempting. doubt its insured, we'll certainly not a uk company anyway and id guess very much that theres a clause that states it can only be in the uk (foreign area) for so long...
  3. both of you are not , there settled it.
  4. They only way to jazz it up, you could add more gold parts for it to make it stand out some more...gold chain, gold levers, gold bar weights, gold oil plugs, gold fuel tank, get it wrapped in gold!
  5. Not familiar with them, How are they designed? I might be able so shed some clues.
  6. She only does it for the money...
  7. I see it as a proper gale when your knee is down but still going straight!
  8. . to wear your coccyx out (the little tail bone for those that dont know) youd have to have no arse to grind away to start with like most skate boarders or Jeremy clarkson.
  9. trigger: On off On offOn offOn on offOn off On offOn offOn on off On off On offOn offOn on offOn off On offOn offOn on off On off On offOn offOn on offOn off On offOn offOn on off...quick scrapping of the chair...heavy foot steps..."low tone mumblings of threatening oap's"....lighter steps return...quieter scrap of the chair legs... whats that dear respect the elders? I do.
  10. I dont fit in any of those stereotypes "cough" i mean categories ......anymore... well maybe the fat part is true.
  11. On that assumption your pants are that far down and slide for that much (not stating it couldn't happen by the way) but if your front side sliding and that happens "little timmy" is gonna be "tiny timmy" and bean bag is gonna pop all the beans out...
  12. Yeah 125s get blustered about, medium to heavier 4-500s or light weight 600s are the sweet spot.
  13. Mine was a 2000 600 yamaha thundercat in Silver and yellow.
  14. Particularly if its really thin, more like a summer / autumn designed thermal layer.
  15. Dont you mean website?
  16. They did leather tank covers that also doubled as tank bag holder years ago that were in fashion in the zzr1100-1300 era.
  17. Im thinking more work horse than a overpriced and weighted jazzle gs, so for owners like us (uk/wealthy euros) it is not for. Adventure is marketing term for off the paved path or highway. Lets take it from the articles own picture that what they think... now to my mind it give me Vibes of use in South Africa like ones used for traveling nurses and doctors etc or out backs of Australia... but i do get it it does make alot of sense but then its a very niche market.
  18. Oh . Good units and the yama is not too much different, when i say problems with the drum it tends to be irregular wear issues and sqweaking, getting the the right manufacturer pad and drum combo to work well throughout the components life is hit and miss.
  19. Not the first thing id think of even as a noob adventurer, could think of worse things for starters though...cough gs).
  20. Hi. Sound good, yep start a thread and regular posts will be great please!
  21. On a rant - Maybe they should have a wider spread of prejudices, no shite parking, no old people parking that also cant work out the parking machine, no wags with large suv that cant park, no scooters including e-bikes, no youths, no Harry Potter fans... Off the rant now: sooo it brought in trade from to neighbouring business which partially could still bring trade to themselves if people i know ride a bike to a station and get the train to somewhere else like a city where the bike would probably get stolen from if they traveled there by bike? Or they felt that motorcycles weren't paying the parking?
  22. Yeah and a few other odd places got affected by it, but not near me. thing is stupidly spreads and high level management decision's are hard to turn round once implemented. At least scarb is abit nicer than blackpool, cue in the jokes...
  23. ? well we have the cbf125 of 2011, quite a good unit, electric starter, early injection, front brakes are good but the rear drum and crush drives needs work often and but minimum electrical, simple enough, a few quirks and just a bit of plastic but less than the cbr. Mind you either a yama or honda is still better than a new bike from a Chinese manufacturer.
  24. Yep but dont be surprised if The stupid idea spreads to an area near you!
  25. Which brands make a difference.... Dainese Brand are tailored more for the slim fit for example. So they look nice but if ur carrying excess they aint gonna fit. I have wide feet like a frog, for boots the only brand ive found that works for my feet are Sidi. Tcx and Rsts for example are too narrow. I got away with a winter boot from spada but there gloves dont work for me.
