So does the duvet on a sofa or a thin blanket on a mattress make it a bed?

Anywhere becomes a bed with enough beers......

Have fun, assuming as it's for a two year old, you'll not be swinging from the top.

I was doing that yesterday in the park with our other granddaughter. It was when I was hanging upside-down by my knees that I realised I couldn't get myself back up again.  Fortunately it wasn't too far to drop down. The indignity of needing to be rescued wasn't an option.

It was going to be getting some oil and a filter for a mid-interval oil change. The weather however did not want to play nicely, so that will either be tomorrow (Sunday) or late next week. So I also stopped to get some other bits and EuroCarParts did not fail as usual. Ordered a 1ltr pre-wash cleaner for loosening those pesky Spainish/Portugese bugs, well I turned up and they couldn't find the 1ltr, but offered a 5ltr bottle instead. Feeling a little cheeky, I said I'd take it for the price of the 1ltr. ;)  So I blagged 5ltr's for the price of 1ltr. :D

Next stop was new mattress shopping, which went smoother than expected. I hate shopping.

Now to remove the lining of the helmet and give that a wash, whilst I fit the new visor and pinlock. Now do I wax, sealant, ceramic coat or Rain-X the new visor?

fortunatly, unlike some, he completed all his races without incident. He is blue care number 11.

This weekend I will be mostly trying to remember how to read a map and not get lost.

My kids who ain't really kids anymore decided we need to do something for a father and son weekend and they would like to do a spot of wild camping 🤔 now I'm ok with that but my kids well that's another thing 😂..

Should be interesting or as they say character building.....

The most I’d be prepared to do is a bit of wild hotelling with some wild restaurants and wild drinking.

Food for 1, kids can starve if they ain't prepared, I've got a new water filter I may give them some water from it, probably the first ltr as you need to get that much through it to get the filter working properly 😂

Doesn't look like my normal fri dinner.

@rennie

Hopefully Sue will be making a good recovery and you therefore have to be the nurse maid.

If so, we want pictures of you in uniform...

Depends mate. Off to the HDRCGB at the Beeswing tonight - and it all depends on whether I buy a bottle of rum on the way home. Also depends on politicians and the like not doing anything daft to interrupt my weekend (Friday/Sat); if I get any press releases I have to work them on the day usually.
