I'd leave out the dating sites until you've got your head sorted and are not 'vulnerable' if you like. Although I'm sure there are plenty of nice normal women on these sites there are a lot of women that will f**k you up if you are not very very careful. The reason I'm saying this is that my uncle has experience of these sites Good luck bud and get yourself to a meet or two this year. I know I'm going to try I have to agree here I took a year out to myself when I split from the ex! it was the best thing I did also remember if they are fit and single they are crazy Oh I'm with you here ... please don't take this the wrong way guys, especially the ladies, I am not going to be looking for love ... Here's my advice, make sure you look after yourself & eat properly, take time to mourn, do whatever it takes to get unresolved emotions on an even keel. And as others have said, socialise.
