Much fun. That exhaust though! Downpipe seems a little chunky considering the size of the tip...

I’m inspired. As soon as I have finished dealing with my insurance crap I shall sell the 125 and go and pick up my CD175 from my father in law, take it apart and probably fail to do any more but have intent at least.

You’ve all got it wrong, it’s actually done in reverse.


The ‘after’ picture is how it started and the ‘before’ picture is how it ended up having taken tips from Itchy Bum Moto YouTube videos & wiring advice from our favourite resident expert 😛

Damn , what a missed opportunity . I could have claimed to have gained all my knowledge from Ichiban Moto . Now that would have twisted his gourd .

I'll have it if you lose interest . 😁 My very first bike was the very similar CB 175 .

Just watched this again . The mouse nest in the gearbox ! 😂 The guy's technique of using a hammer on the screwdriver is something worth noting .
