Tail tidy.

Hi.

 

Managed to fit an R and G tail tidy to my 2021 Honda CB125R today before the rain set in. I did it without pulling the plugs apart under the seat.

 

I took the reg plate off and then turned the whole lump of plastic with the indicators still on upside down and laid it on the tyre. There was plenty of length in the loom to do it.

 

Once I had taken a photo of the wiring it was next to easy to transfer to new across. It's transformed the look of the bike rear and side on. Got rid of that huge lump of plastic fender, as it's named.

 

I took extra precautions to protect the wire connections against the weather and the gunge that's going to be thrown up underneath. And I live by the sea.

 

Well pleased with it and the quality of the kit.

Certainly is a trade off. 

 

I'd take the wet arse every time, though. (And the tail tidy).

hugger dont make much difference to be honest ,  dont go out in the wet

I think tail tidies do the opposite and make the tail look wrong, stumpy and out of proportion with the rest of the bike.

Dear Diary. Today I agreed with Six.

  

In fact I'd put one on the MV cos the rear thingy is a real eyesore, except I can't be bothered with rerouting the wiring for the rear light and indicators.
