  1. How would we go about doing that? Is it the contacts group in user panel? scroll down on the main page and there is a contacts section!
  2. you could always ask this guy the size of the fittings and the length http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-Monste ... 500wt_1128
  3. i would say its braided for a reason! you sure its the return? and not the feed as the return shouldn't really be under pressure
  4. looking at the pic what's the bit i have circled red? could that lead to the breather hole??
  5. had a tail light with indicators in for years everyone says its easier to see too
  6. its hard to see from the pic where the tank actually seals that hole could be inside the seal which allows the air in get a thin bit of wire down it
  7. how true it was a perfect opportunity to test my rear shock too
  8. Had an excellent 90 mile ride to get a tag that's only 30 miles away
  9. Give it a few tank fulls it may clear could just be crap fuel I would be interested to see if it did it without the restrictor kit fitted to be honest not that I would recommend you do it!
  10. what was the outside temperature? it could be carb icing if it was pretty cold bandits are prone to it
  11. Thought it was about time I pulled my finger out
  12. keep doing what your doing then give them a right good clean to remove any residue
  13. excellent be good to see you again i will stick ya on the list
  14. So after fitting this shock to my bike I sent the the bitubo back to the factory and they rebuilt it and sent it back for free! I have now test rode the bike with the r6 shock and I'm torn between the two! I don't know whether to fit the bitubo back to the bike or not as effectively its a new shock! These things are over 400 quid to buy now too I paid 360 for mine

    Motorcycle lube

You got any old engine oil? Use that works a treat and easy way to dispose of it There's loads of lube's or wax out there all as good as each other I prefer an oil as with wax or lube the road grit can stick to it and make a nice grinding paste to eat your chain away!
  18. Never known them to be on the air box No it won't always keep running if the carbs are dry they need to fill up with fuel first with the choke on it will choke the air supply and it will run on very little fuel Is there any pipes on the bottom of the tank? Sometimes they are on the bottom and run inside the tank to the top
  19. it does sound to me like a blocked breather it wont fire straight away as there is no fuel in the carbs so you have to drag that through first

    Bike Stand?

    http://www.fastbikebits.com/product/152 ... rbike-lift Not cheap though
  21. If it happens on the way home open the tank then close it it will take a few turns to start as the carbs will be dry but if you have to wait for 20 mins or so like last time I don't think that the breather is the problem
  22. Possibly has it started since you got the bag or have you always used it?
  23. That could just be the overflow you will be able to blow through it as it doesn't actually go in the tank Some breathers are in the centre through the key hole lift the cap and there might be a hole in the centre

    Bike Stand?

    Push it in backwards?
  25. Yeah it causes a vacuum and stops fuel coming out
