im sure the zzr engine is wider then the 636 anyway someone has had a blade engine in one but was a lot of work and frame gave up after 2 trackdays personally i wouldnt try it for the money and time it would cost you could sell the zxr and buy a 600 sports bike and not have the hassle of saying its modified on the insurance

no its not you need to mod the frame which weakens it and makes them crack

done a bit of looking around nnd you need a generic OBD 2 reader to check error codes these are around £60 to buy so looks like a trip to your local mechanic

you will find that the light will be to do with ALL sensors on the bike and if you get any fault with them it makes it light up you can probably find the fault code out yourself some how and fix it easily but finding the code is a different story on suzuki's theres a plug you bridge with a bit of wire and it shows the error code on the LCD display

i have one any they are ace ridden in rain that was bouncing 3 foot off the floor at xxxmph and never let a drop in -
on my bike it comes with a prop to hold the tank up it sits in the top yolk and in one of the bolt holes in the tank a nice bit of 2x2 can do the trick
