So I think RWS is under the impression that you have a comm's system like Cardo or Sena. Then the microphone and speakers fit in the helmet and you can wear foam ear defenders/plugs, but still hear the music very well. As for your original post asking which ear buds to wear under your helmet, you'll have little luck without spending a fortune, in which case, you might as well buy a nice Cardo system.

Well done, that's got to be so satisfying.

Thankfully not, I've only got 100 miles on my tyres... I bought as an alternative after seeing them on a youtube video. Very simply screw in to just below the surface of the tyre.

Remember, you only need the tools that fit your bike. Mine are mostly 4,5,6mm Alen bolts, 10mm spanner. Philips screwdriver PH2 & PH1 Adjustable wrench Any other tools needed for wheel removal. (which I should get)
