So I think RWS is under the impression that you have a comm's system like Cardo or Sena. Then the microphone and speakers fit in the helmet and you can wear foam ear defenders/plugs, but still hear the music very well. As for your original post asking which ear buds to wear under your helmet, you'll have little luck without spending a fortune, in which case, you might as well buy a nice Cardo system.

Thankfully not, I've only got 100 miles on my tyres... I bought as an alternative after seeing them on a youtube video. Very simply screw in to just below the surface of the tyre. -

Remember, you only need the tools that fit your bike. Mine are mostly 4,5,6mm Alen bolts, 10mm spanner. Philips screwdriver PH2 & PH1 Adjustable wrench Any other tools needed for wheel removal. (which I should get) -
