  1. According to a source at a party (it was a great party) Reiten near Sudbury, Suffolk, are no longer tied to BMW.

Sounds like the demise of the spark plug. They nearly always show failure once hot. The only way to be sure, is to replace it. At least then it's discounted if its not the fault.
  3. @Leventesz Exactly as mentioned above. Just look at the condition of the bike, look for rust, also look underneath to see how clean it is. You can't tell just from milage. Listen to the engine, listen for rattles etc. Also check how much the next service will cost, sometimes bikes are part exchanged to avoid an expensive service.
  4. I didn't have to think about that for long, that's very good
  5. Brilliant.. Bon voyage
  6. This is all very methodical, and you seem to have incredible patience. At least we all know where to bring our bikes when the need tuning.
  7. These are great pots!! Weather was a bit grim ( always fly in real time weather - the sim takes the latest hourly weather reports from various airports on route and processes them into real time conditions if you so wish. Most do not, they like to fly in sunny weather. I prefer realism). Love this, but with winter probably being when you have the most time to fly, I'd want sunny weather occasionally. Kerry McCauley tells a great story, you gotta have some balls to do that, surely now, you'd be shot down? I didn't realise you could switch off a transponder, useful in such circumstances. Good luck with the flu, hope it's short lived. Cheers
  8. Good morning bikers
  9. Good luck with yer back @bud
  10. That looks much nicer than the soup. Hope you have a great life out there.
  11. You're going to love this bike, it'll be one you'll always talk about. Maybe with expletives
  12. I look forward to the end of January, it'll be light at 17:00
  13. Good morning bikers
  14. @ballibeg I'm insanely jealous in some ways, that looks like an amazing place to ride around. Smart bike too, and love the picture with the bike under the rainbow. In other ways, I couldn't deal with the Scottish weather.
  15. Sounds like fun! I had a similar ride on Monday, it was the oncoming lorries that were scary, as they went past it was like being hit with a wind version of a tidal wave. I try to get on the bike in winter gear when nobody is watching.
  16. I only noticed my warped disk under very heavy braking.
  17. By the way, first video link is private on YouTube
  18. Great news that the injectors have been sorted by a clean. Rein back the excitement regarding fuel flow in the tank. The fuel pumps will pump, but when there's nowhere to pump to (engine off/idle) it'll need to vent the fuel back into the tank. However, like you, I think you're on to something. Maybe it's leaking into the tank, maybe it's leaking/venting into the tank because of a blockage causing back pressure?
  19. Nice one @ballibeg Congratulations
  20. Good morning bikers
  21. Don't hate me, but, did you put the fuel back in the tank?
  22. Nice to have some time off.. Maybe you could alternate between beer and pills?
  23. Good luck @husoi
  24. A decent cable, something simple like a jump lead.
