  1. . Was just curious. It's got a good looking finish.
  2. I just looked him up and watched this He could teach elocution to most of Britain
  3. Very good, I enjoyed those. I can imagine Tommy Cooper telling some of those.
  4. Looking like a good evening. The guy who left the oil slick must paint white road lines for the council
  5. That's pretty cool. Can the Formica take any heat? (just out of interest)
  6. Does that help? Will the oil adhere better, or is it to do with link expansion? Or... Is it because it'll be dry?
  7. A nice cruiser that does it all below 5k. A big twin like a HD, would be comfy, and maybe better on fuel?
  8. The Seafoam is long gone, that wss 3 tanks ago. I don't ride in the rain, and the bike is stored inside. There was no water in the tank, when I drained it, and the bike had run through the previous tank without serious issue. I filled up with the gauge on the red, although not on reserve. It's either the latest tank of fuel (now used in my lawnmower) or shite from the fuel system. Either way, those jets are clogged. I bloody well hope that's all it is, as I'm desperate to get to Germany and back. Thanks for the input and suggestion @RideWithStyles
  9. Good afternoon Started our 7.5 ton horsebox for the first time since February. It fired up on the button, the brakes released quickly, and I went out for a nice drive for an hour. No aircon, so windows open and enjoy the muck spreading
  10. Yes, and it was replaced, but it's only between the tank and fuel pumps. Any crud built up in the pumps had probably come out. To be fair, those bloody idle jets have been blocked since I got the bike. Also, when I drained the tank, the fuel was quite cloudy and waxy, it's possible that my last E5 fill 10 miles before this current major clogging was a dodgy one. I could be just clutching at straws.
  11. A thing of absolute beauty. That uncluttered naked styling could easily open my wallet, it's a pity it's empty.
  12. Hell yes! Just didn't unblock the jets. I fact, I'm convinced the jets are more blocked because the tank, fuel pumps and hoses are all unblocked. That crap has only one place to go, and that place is the carb's. It was running on 2 cylinders last weekend By the time I get it back, I'd have lost a month of summer riding. Next bike will be fuel injected.
  13. So fascinating! Those pistons look like barges, when I first read "oval", I pictured something much more elliptical.
  14. Machine Mart for a pressure washer
  15. Good stuff but you know if you fit it, your rear brake calliper will lock up
  16. @Throttled Is infinity a number?
  17. Impressive looking machine, with spec to match. Looks better without the rear armchair.
  18. Think of the air pollution when she's burning at the stake
  19. Got to be time for a cold beer then
  20. Blimey, months later..... I'm proper excited this morning, I'm just about to take my bike to the menders local to me. They guy has told me how he's going to strip the carb's, and remove the jets giving it all a good clean. Fingers crossed.
  21. Sounds like a cracking day out. Love the idea of crossing every bridge. Is it hot in the Loire valley at the moment?
