  1. I saw someone on YouTube do just that, they added wind deflectors lower down, which cured the buffeteing. I don't think it was a Vstrom, but wind is wind, phrrrrrrrtttt. Also, does your bike have vents for the windscreen, to relieve/equalise the negative pressure behind it? I'm thinking of putting my ZZR screen on little spacers to allow this to happen.
  2. It's going to be a good day. "Bee" sure to buy a lottery ticket.
  3. Welcome GDB.

    hello

    Hi JR, and welcome
  5. I don't actually know but.... I'm certain that a little back pressure from the exhausts is part of an engine's tuning, as you have a cat between the silencer and the engine, this will deal with that. Also, as you have that cat, then all the can is doing, is keeping hush. I'd go for it. Aaaaand, keep the original for servicing and warranty claims.
  6. I have this, I can mount my UA phone mount or satnav on it. It replaces one of the handlebar screws/bolts. Genuine RAM-B-367U 1" BALL MOTORCYCLE BASE WITH HOLE AND M8 SCREW - BEWARE FAKES | eBay
  7. You and me both. In that case, just concentrate on the riding, focus on looking where you are going, and your past experience will come back and operate the bike. I actually hold up my left hand as a brief hello gesture.
  8. Happy birthday @Pie man
  9. Oh, ummmmm, I actually thought this whole post was an April Fool ........
  10. That's just so cool, I thought it was a wind-up.
  11. You should absolutely concentrate on the nodding, it's rude not to, in fact, waving with the right hand would be great.
  12. That's brilliant. I've never been in one, iconic car, quite romantic. I'm also quite gullible for an April Fool joke....
  13. Good luck Andrea.
  14. Final 80 minutes, strewth, not quick to park-up then......
  15. I like the look of the buttons, I find the buttons on my Cardo are a bit too small for my gloved hands to be accurate.
  16. So the black splodge at the stern ... Is that the GPS at the bridge recording the movement? Or is it an oil leak in the engine room?
  17. They were originally designed to be able to get across fields, that's why they are light and have skinny wheels. Which of course, is contrary to todays "off road" vehicles.
  18. That's great, keep us posted.
  19. Hope you have small feet with those parts on the floor
  20. Happy Easter to those that celebrate, and to those that just like chocolate eggs. Shame about the usual commercialism.
