Played musical bikes around the garage to give me enough space to finally get the mill off it's pallet. Then I put them back again.

Pulled pork for lunch with Jamaican ginger cake slathered in custard for pudding. I might swap out the ginger cake for Bajan rum cake if I can be arsed to make it (doubtful).

Looks alright. Did you check the ring gap at a few points down the bores? -
I've been having a sort out of my garage - all precipitated by having too many bikes & bits of equipment. I've shifted loads of it on Facebook marketplace so far & made a few quid from it. No doubt I'll spend it on stuff to put in the garage.

He's talking end gap, not side gap. @Mickly - how square were the rings when you measured the gap? A little bit on the wonk and you'll get a false reading. Also, you should take a number of readings down the bore to give you an idea of whether it's the rings or bore that's worn. -
The problem I'm finding with that is it takes you to the latest post in the thread rather than where you left off as in the previous version.

Because not all of us live anywhere near any sort of functional public transport! Taxing the shit out of smokes doesn't make people stop, it just makes them look for alternatives i.e. moody fags from Spain/France/wherever. Thus completely bypassing the tax system. I expect there will be some enterprising individuals who cobble together workable biodiesel & ethanol to get round it.
