@Hoggs quick question. Is a cafe/pub "fifteen " usable for a 1 or 5. We all know fifteen is 1&5 so? I know I am being a bit “creative” with this.

This is where I go when looking up on changes etc. Unfortunately, for motorists, there are sections in the Highway Code for pedestrians and cyclists and I suspect very few, if any, pedestrians read them and probably few cyclists. these 2 groups hear on the news that they “have priority “ and so assume everyone else is going to give way to them regardless. oopps sorry this should probably have gone in the rant section.
