1. Just resurrected an RC boat, last run 30 odd years ago. (Yea I’m old but I need something to do no i’m retired, when it’s too inclement for riding the bike.). Converted it from an aero nitro motor to brushless electric with lipo’s. Regards your late father in laws collection, have a look on line to see if there are any local rc clubs for boats planes etc and contact them to see if there is any interest. There is also auction houses. Some have specialist model auctions.
2. Run out to Krazy horse cafe for lunch and the tag. Krazy Horse Cafe
3. BenH have a look here. https://www.healtech-electronics.com/products/gipro/gpxt/ Heal tech do a range of specific indicators and the GZ125 seems to be listed, though I can’t see an installation manual. These are not universal, they are bike specific and connects into a diagnostic port, also not cheap. Get in touch with them and ask. Failing that they are usually at the NEC bike show in November.
4. Or he shark that dropped in. Headingly Oxford
5. Yep. Get off the bike. Do a little jump and all the frozen snow and ice falls off. Carry 2 pairs of gloves cause the first pair will not be dry come home time. Fun times, not.
6. Had my car insurance renewal come through. Gone up £80. Phoned them,”why the increase” I ask. “Ah” came the reply “ you had a pension policy with us that has now been cancelled so you have lost the multiple policy discounts”. I never new I had a multi policy discount. Any way told them the pension policy was a company one and as I am now retired the policy is no longer. Finally agreed on a £40 reduction. Need to try LV next year as I have moved some of the pension accounts to them
7. I use the 3M sticky mounts. Also used a RAM mount onto the brake master cylinder bolts. Have used the suction mount and it was secure, but I did have a security cable just in case. Ended up with it mounted on the front of the bike. (Clocks not in view ).
8. Finally managed a ride out. Just the 1. Silver ball cafe. Silver Ball cafe
9. Stick with the standard 5. There is no additional benefit to using on your bike and as Fro says it may have an adverse effect on the ride. My GSF1250 tourer doesn’t even make the recommended list of bikes .
10. Where are the shorts?

Well done HDSoph
15. Greta Thunberg Would be proud. But where did the nut fall from at 31:17 and why was the front disc changed for the pictures at the end. It was a fantastic rebuild.
16. dynax you need to check the bike manual. Mine clearly states to check the chain when on the centre stand wheel off the ground.
17. If they are sliding callipers then technically you can push the pistons in by pushing the Cali per in towards the wheel. However, on my GPX with sliding callipers it was not easy to do this as the sliding pins get stiff and the pistons get gunged up. So as MB says it is easier to remove the callipers and pus the pistons in with a lever or piston spreader.
18. Sorry to hear this, glad you are reasonably OK. Not much to add to the above but don’t forget to claim for any damaged clothing especially the helmet. It touched the road didn’t it.

20. The cores from industrial multi core cable. Good idea, was there was a key diagram with it.
21. Wiring diagram here https://www.slideshare.net/mobile/andonis-artist/honda-grom-msx-125-service-manual-pdf https://www.google.com/search?q=msx125+wiring+diagram&rlz=1C9BKJA_enGB693GB693&oq=mcsx125+wiring+&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0.9489j0j0&hl=en-GB&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#imgrc=UO1g3QgCoeOY0M: As fastbob says you could disconnect / cut the correct wire. The one with the white stripe. Edit first link may not work. Second does
22. Can’t make but good luck and all the best
23. HDSoph welcome and well done
24. hussnainh8 have a look at this site https://cycle-ergo.com/ It will help to see if you can flat foot a bike. Beware though it is not just the seat height but also the width of the seat.
25. It’s not the damage you could cause, it’s the number of bikes stolen by toe rags that inflate the insurance quotes!
