We are very reliant on gas powered power stations unfortunately, I believe 2 coal are been brought back online and a couple of nuclear are going to be running longer, we also have diesel farm generating capacity that's expensive when needed and prices for imported electricity are way up. Germany and Europe having to go to open market to replace Russian gas will be having a huge impact, its coming up to winter so all the producers are rubbing their grubby little mits in glee.

Is it the position and angle of your legs, have you tried a cruiser or a Harley with feet forward? -

Me too, it should also say if a cycle lane is available you must use it or your fair game.

On some roads its impossible. I had a nice cyclist yesterday, single lane country road he had to ride at least 2ft from the edge due to state of road and hedge, he pulled into a gateway soon as he realised, unfortunately most I come across are just twats.

Watch out if you ever go south on a19 anywhere approaching a busy time, the Moor Farm roundabout at end of spine road, in an attempt to clear traffic heading west they've reduced the lights eastbound to 8 seconds that's 4 cars or one artic, it's absolutely mental.

Probably a better time of year as now It's getting to the point of winter on the horizon but also Impending economic gloom, which may be worse in spring. Sometimes it just takes a while to find the buyer that wants your bike instead of chancer who wants it but only if its a bargain -

There are lots of brokers where you can talk to actual people, Swinton even have a motorbike team, I've used them in the past And always just spoke to them.
