Yep it's been a tough one for a quite a few of our hardy plants -10 was too much for some. Now preparing drought resistant stuff for the summer 2 ends of the spectrum!

I think most manufacturers manage to fit cack tyres to new bikes it's standard I'm afraid. Least you have some tyres you have confidence in now

I tnd to do my own pads as said cheaper and not time consuming. Just take the time to clean the calipers up whilst ur changing the pads. I opted for the orange organic ebc pads and demon tweets worked out the cheapest I've bought stuff from them before v good I even called them to check I'd looked at the right set

Had a call today bike seat was finished dropped it off on Monday so not bad. Front and rear with gel inserts it's weird they are thinner than the originals but more comfy !

Got a quote from P&P seating on Monday for a new seat covering. They ran off a sample and for £250 it will be done by the end of the week. Gel inserts gold piping and cross stitching. Should match the bike and be more comfy.in longer trips. I'll post the results when it's back
