  3. First night out with work chums for 2 years flight club in Brum plenty of darts great evening nice to feel normal again
  4. Sometimes it's best not knowing what's been googled
  5. That's absolutely gutting. I'm sure there are things you can do to improve the bike but ultimately it is a sports bike. I don't know where but I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise and maybe come up with a suggestion. Maybe the cost of altering the bike would be so much it may be worth looking at an alternative swapping for something more comfy. Maybe an excuse for some test rides when you are on leave. Hope health wise things are better and will remain that way mate
  6. In 1981 I was 5. At infants school and that year I wet myself in assembly and it was on a wooden floor on the Hall I think I ruined the varnish. I had to see Mrs Totney for some spare pants and trousers out of the magic drawer
  7. Glad you got it going again should be a worthy investment
  8. Honda dealer told me not to bother with E5 in the ATAS when I bought it. I did put some in when I laid it up for the winter as they recommended. It makes no odds to performance and hardly any difference to consumption. On a new bike I think e10 is fine
  9. Just watched this video on YouTube think it's brilliant
  10. I'll weigh them tomorrow I'd imagine it will be around £5 and then send you a message
  11. Yep that's why lots of restrictions apply in places. I'm now a weekday worker it's took the shine off leisure riding weekend rides I don't enjoy as much for that very reason. It's a bit like the idiots that got their cars towed away in snowdonia this weekend for just parking where they like. I generally don't like people that much I prefer my own company and that of the wife and our pets, much simpler life!
  12. Hi here's the pics of my tracer bits. Fender extender front and rear front has never been used. 2 versions of a phone holder which fits on the screen adjuster along with a ram mount x grip. Not bad for nothing!
  13. Yes no problem I'll take some later
  14. I have a brand new front fender extender and lightly used rear one along with a satnav/phone custom made mount for tracer 900gt which I'm quite happy to part with just for the cost of postage if of any use?
  15. As I always say highways are shared spaces, you need to respect everyone using them otherwise its pointless and dangerous. I think that's the general theme of life today its all about 'me'
  16. It's punishment for the 2 days of sun that we have had!
  17. Yes good time of year to advertise it. Best of luck with the sale are you buying another bike?
  18. Glad they got it sorted. Wife is a prescriber for 111 lots of people don't know they can sort dental referrals. Often can get you an appointment at ur GPs too when they say they ain't got any appts they have powers of persuasion with lazy GPs
  19. @renniejust need to get the air fryer out now and my day is complete
  20. It's unlikely to see many more mainstream 4 cylinders I think. Best off looking at a quality classic 90s 4 which has been cherished I'd imagine
  21. Includes piccy of my new seat which im v pleased with. Great scenery feel better for just being out and about today
  22. Trip out to Wales today. Went to one of my favourites the Elan Valley. Stopped off at the Ascona cafe in Llandridod Wells which was heaving and food cheap and good as usual. Finished up at Claerwen dam which was impressive. Weather was not great early on, misty drizzle on the Clee Hills and a bit grey, clear blue sky's by the time I returned home. Just nice to get out and tried the recovered seat which I must say was an improvement and looks good. Police with a prolaser in a rural village in a 30 near knighton, no issue with that and in all fairness cop was dressed in high vis and there were a lot of bell ends about not really giving much consideration to the locals. Pics will follow shortly!
