  1. Wot! Freeze my helmet? Won't work my freezer isn't big enough. Try with car interior cleaner, I use it in the car as I have a dog, big and smelly one. And it works perfectly. I use it for helmet as well it’s from glim, interior cleaner / refresher
  2. Bugger, is everything ok ? Yes all is ok, I was out of country, job related but as well I use it for pleasure as well thankfully. So as per new rules I have to self isolate as prevention. If I got something during my trip it will eventually came out in week or two
  3. Next 13 days locked at home, quarantine for me.
  4. That’s only one bike You want a clip of every overtake?
  5. In every town and city . Better not to, as one day someone may piss on it
  6. Thanks for the info. As you say these narrow lanes are all NSL although no sane person would proceed at that speed. Twisty is now off and I'll see how it it next time out. The return journey was on normal roads but horrible. More biblical rain with the occasional bit of hail to add excitement. At least I've got the MIVV home and once the weather improves I'll fit it. It will work now I did it same when I got my rider 550
  7. That’s only one bike
  8. Great looking bikes with proven Honda v4 engine, what to dislike. Of course not to everyone taste, but I love it

Always good idea to relocate in South America
  11. Don’t like it, newer get back in place as suppose to, I meant removable lining,
  12. If not balaclava then something to cover your hair, or if you are bald same thing, you don’t want hair and skin on your helmet liner. That make it smelly
  13. And light balaclava for summertime will help a lot.
  14. Anything anti bacterial will help
  15. You have to be careful, if you are farting must be according euro 5 normative
  16. Next time if you don’t use balaclava, try to use it. It helps a lot.
  17. Dry it first with hair dryer, leave it to cool down, than use car interior cleaner. It worked for me, after yesterday, 8 or 9 hours under the rain on motorways speeds it was raining inside the helmet.
  18. Last photo is upside down as it was everything at the end to the trip
  19. Return back home from Cro, same way, but this time very wet, lot of rain. It was good all the way to Munich, cloudy but dry. Austria didn’t promise a lot but no rain at the end Than lunch near Rosenheim and quick nap as it was sunny and warm Look like I killed all Austrian fly’s As I had plenty of time, managed to travel on relaxing speeds, averaging 70 mph, and consumption 51mpg. Usually I don’t care about it as I do it for pleasure, but computer is there so why not. After nap, continued towards Munich where started to rain and didn’t stop all the way to Frankfurt, proper downpour for over 4 hours. As I was not in hurry to arrive to tunnel, I decided to stop overnight in my half tent. It is a beach tent so no proper stuff but better than nothing. I called it half camping because of half tent t, At least I covered half way, 1000km, 620 miles 2nd day, woke up at 5 as all truckers stared to move and make lot of noise. Road traffic didn’t bother me but those mofos couldn’t wait for some decent time. It was wet and nasty all the way to Brussels where sun came out and change my mud to “life is beautiful”. Last bit about half hour through the France rain started again, just to remind me how nasty it can be. UK border control reminded me about 14 quarantine days, you have to submit online form and save it in your phone as proof. First time in my life they asked me to open my luggage and check, fortunately didn’t find cheese, sausages, Dry meat and rest of Croatian delicatessen. Canister on top of the top case was full of red wine, 12 litres, I told them it’s spare fuel. They didn’t check, thank haven. Up on crossing, weather in Folkestone was nice, sunny and warm and stayed all the way to Peterborough where started to rain. And gradually as I approached closer to home it turn into the misery, wet, cold, shit. I was not happy at all so no pics as well, just couldn’t wait to arrive home and lay in a hot bath, cold went into my bones. I managed to cover another 1000 km in a day Last pics, is just total journey with some miles in Croatia, total 2978 miles, in 58 hrs, average speed 59mi/h, consumption 5.4 lit on 100 km, what is 52 mpg Even if return wasn’t brilliant as the way down south, I would do it again any time.
  20. Shouldn’t be problem, I did travel last week from England to Croatia, with no issues. Tomorrow I am on the way back. I did sleep on a lorry park on the bench in the sleeping bag, no tent, Now got beach tent, in case of rain to keep me dry as weather for next couple of days is not promising. Anyway good luck, enjoy your ride.
  21. Life is going on, sometimes up sometimes down, as long we learn from our mistakes, we are on positive, plus side. Keep smiling, life is beautiful.
  22. When I did it I followed as per below vid.
