    Brake pads

Cabin ceramic brake discs are track only as for every day use are useless, in order to perform they must reach high temperature. It is same as racing tyres good for track when properly warmed up and temperature can be kept.

    Tyres

All depends on how you ride and when (rain, cold). As well placebo effect exist same as with drugs. If you are looking for longevity definitely Michelis. But Metzler and Pirelli angel are not bad solutions. Of course depends how much you are ready to cash out for it.

  7. I feel for you. I made it off just before everything shut down. My C/E was due off in mid April and he's been told he'll be lucky if he's off in May. Not a happy bunny at all. I know we are all stuck here, some were already with flight in the pockets. Now no changes before May, but depend on situation. So instead of 10 weeks it will be ".............. weeks
  8. I love them 748,749,916,998,999 most beautiful bikes, not to forget mv
  9. Sign off the ship and come back home
  10. I think that people didn’t understand importance of self isolation and don’t realise how important is to follow isolation rules. Don’t you see what is going on around the europe and world. Everyone have to apply those requirements and maybe in month or two we will be able to continue with normal life. Economy already struggling enough, if we don’t stop in soon we will all suffer consequences.
  11. Unfortunately they don’t take foreign records in account easily. I got bikesure and they accepted half of claimed period. I am on Eu licence.
  12. Someone was late with New year presents, bast*rd scumbags
  13. That’s a good looking fazer Congratulations
  14. Wash it, dry it, sprayed xcp rust stop, cleaned the chain, lube it with xcp chain lube and once dried cover it with Vaseline. Cleaned discs and brakes, plugged exhaust, lift on the ABBA stand, connected to battery tender, chained to the ground anchor, chained all around, disc locks, alarms, covered with bike cover, garage locked, alarm armed. Kissed for two months hibernation, made wife and dog jealous. Who cares they will cool down by the time I return.

    Chain Lubricant

I used everything including Vaseline and all were the same, so I don’t have preference anymore. Only one I didn’t try yet, chain oiler. I am eager to test it.
  16. Those foam repair kits are elegant solution and I used it once. Two minutes repair and go. It was over the year in the tyre. When it was time to replace it, only problem was slight residues to remove from the wheel but no corrosion. However guy who replaced my tyre warned me about possibility of corrosion as it happened to many people. Since then I used plugs. Few minutes more but no corrosion fear. Not sure if tyre insurance is of any convenience for motorcycle tyres, I got it for car tyres only because those are run flat ( wasn’t my choice, they are standard with the car).
  17. Yoshimura is the same for 2017 on

  22. If you don’t have those acc1 and 2 labelled cables, I will connect it to light switch
  23. If I knew how to, I would. I need somewhere to put the thin ends of this, they are like two hairs they are so thin 4049462749696_ml.jpg Try to locate acc1 and acc2 cables, should be under the seat, I have them as well behind instrument cluster. Acc1 is always on while acc2 is on with ignition.
