  1. Please bear in mind from what I recall A.M.Phillpot of Luton is a specialist hard chromers and is used in application as fork legs rather than a decorative chromer who may well be cheaper as it`s a different thing. Good luck in your search and maybe speak with people local to you who show bikes/cars. Cheers Ian
  2. Gotta say that does look good. Well found Sir. Cheers Ian
  3. Good luck @rennie Cheers Ian
  4. Hi As I will be going into France later this year could you let me know about the application process for this and is it necessary if we are not planning on visiting any of the larger towns? Cheers Ian
  5. Funnily enough this was the first intercom I ever bought and I was very pleased with it especially for the price. I have recommended them a few times now and we actually still use one of the sets now. It works fine with the dedicated Sena unit on my HJC RPHA70. Cheers Ian
  6. When I watch this I know I will be insanely jealous. I think I will leave it for a couple of days. Cheers Ian
  7. For naked bikes I would suggest you try a Suzuki GSX1400 or XJR1300 as well as the sublime ZRX1200 I am 6ft and feel I have plenty of room on the Kawasaki but I did feel the Suzuki was a bit tall and wide. Cheers Ian
  8. Well done Sir a nice result ! Cheers Ian
  9. +1 for Gem as they cover me on any of the bikes and the car. Incidently I was a member when I owned that Q plate. Cheers Ian
  10. Cheerful little soul aren`t you lol. We will be on the ZRX and no doubt I will be wearing a ZRX T`shirt as usual. Cheers Ian
  11. If it`s an informal chat why can`t he take you for a pint and discuss it ? Seriously good luck if it`s something you want. Cheers Ian
  12. Just wasted probably about half an hour trying to declare the Harley SORN. Useless DVLA website lets you go through multiple steps before repeatedly crashing at the last stage. Fortunately I have until the end of the month but it is frustrating when I am sure it`s not the most complicated thing to do. Can you still make a SORN declaration at a post office as the V11 reminder doesn`t mention it and neither does the website. Once again taxpayers money badly spent on inefficient systems. Cheers Ian
  13. Just popped on to the bay of E and found this. If you have the reference number for your pipe you should be able to turn it down a little if you wish. Hope that helps. Cheers Ian
  14. Likewise ! Cheers Ian
  15. We were allowed to join the ride in at a roundabout en route and by the time you arrived we were parked up and on the corner by the memorial. Hope to see you and @billy sugger on Saturday and possibly @fastbob on my old and much missed Dyna. Cheers Ian
  16. we will be going on Rexy and probably try to join the ride in. Is it the football club for 09.30 ? Cheers Ian
  17. Aiming to be there ! Cheers Ian

  19. Just a thought ! Cheers Ian
  20. This weekend BMCRC racing at Donnington Sat and Sun so staying over. Looking forward to this as haven`t been to a good club race meet for years. Cheers Ian
  21. Early Gpz1100 injection was a complete P.I.A and I remember swapping out the EFI for carbs with no regrets. Mind you it was far from standard as it was snugly wedged into a Z650 frame and monoshocked lol. Great fun and very much of it`s time wouldn`t consider it now. Cheers Ian
  22. Any chance of a non Facefook link? Cheers Ian
  23. Time cat met back of shovel methinks. cheers Ian
  24. Perfectly understand your thought process which is probably why I bought a GT Pro and some ferry tickets lol. Cheers Ian
  25. Totally agree and I will be the first to admit you sometimes don`t know what works till you encounter it. We found 2k plus on the Tiger 1050 was much better than expected and led directly to the new Tiger which is great. For someone who always rode sports or naked`s this was an eye opener. Cheers Ian
