Good point @Fozzie my reflective strips are still in the pack they were posted in and I have been to France 3 times since then lol. Cheers Ian

Seems fine to me. Just got back from 1863 miles of France and Northern Spain on about the same level of prep. Go and enjoy yourself and if in the South be aware you will need beer/wine and access to a pool it is decidedly warm this year. Cheers Ian

Benelli TNT Millage Check! Need second opinion!
Ian Frog replied to Dapplefrost's topic in Motorbike Chat
If it`s been serviced by a dealer get a photo of the service record as the dealer will have recorded the mileage at the point of service. Cheers #Ian -
From yesterday lay-by on the A1605 between sections of the N260 absolutely stunning scenery and great fun riding. Cheers Ian

Rode it from Bibaou through Andorra to Orlonzac ! Used my new favourite road the N260 and crossed the Pyrenees crossing off my bucket list. Pics will follow! Cheers Ian

@Tiggie Just being nosey ! What does a five hour shift in your line of work do at this time of day? I presume lots of prep for evening shift? Cheers Ian

Following on from the things that really annoy you thread. I mentioned how people that use their windscreen washers in front of me really boil my wee wee. Last night I ended up in a slightly heated exchange with an overweight retard in a beat up 2008 meriva or similar who didn`t understand that I didn`t want to share his soapy washer fluid and it got me wondering surely he was actually driving without due care and attention if he failed to check what was behind him prior to washing his screen (and the justification "well I am in a car" was hysterical). At the least it is very inconsiderate. does anyone know if there was any actual offence? Cheers Ian

I am surprised no one has mentioned one that really gets me !!!! People that use their windscreen washers when I am behind them on a bike. Brings out the worst in me, Horn on for lengthy time , loud swearing and insults as I pass especially if their window is open, when in front much pantomime wiping of visor etc before sign language the zipping off. Cheers Ian

+1 for adventure bike I have the new Tiger 1200 GT and it1s surprising how good it can be in the twisties and in the right hands it will give almost anything a run for their money. I am over 6ft and it`s definetely tall and comfortable enough. Cheers Ian

Luggage rack for Bluroc 125
Ian Frog replied to harryhumfrey's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
It may be worth contacting any Bullit dealer and getting them to confirm if the model you have is a Honda CG125 clone? If so that might increase the number of options you have, I would start by seeing if a secondhand rack was available for a reasonable price then speak to someone with a welder. Cheers Ian -
The list is endless so I am happy to let other people populate it, then I can jump in at the end if I spot any omissions that really boil my p*ss. Cheers Ian (children!!!)

Please bear in mind from what I recall A.M.Phillpot of Luton is a specialist hard chromers and is used in application as fork legs rather than a decorative chromer who may well be cheaper as it`s a different thing. Good luck in your search and maybe speak with people local to you who show bikes/cars. Cheers Ian

Gotta say that does look good. Well found Sir. Cheers Ian

Hi As I will be going into France later this year could you let me know about the application process for this and is it necessary if we are not planning on visiting any of the larger towns? Cheers Ian

When I watch this I know I will be insanely jealous. I think I will leave it for a couple of days. Cheers Ian

For naked bikes I would suggest you try a Suzuki GSX1400 or XJR1300 as well as the sublime ZRX1200 I am 6ft and feel I have plenty of room on the Kawasaki but I did feel the Suzuki was a bit tall and wide. Cheers Ian
