Just proves you committed even LESS of an offence than you did yesterday.

Following this logic a max speed run is obligatory. Smokey used the M1 IIRC

Genuinely what I thought, no offences could’ve been committed this day

I went out for a run today with a couple of mates who were on cruisers.

The range on the Speedtriple’s dash was 151 miles when we set off, 50 miles later it showed 132 miles, must have travelled back in time 🤣

I normally get in my missus car and rerun home with more miles than I left with whilst also driving faster than she does. Science bitch

LONG Along with never getting it on boost so the DPF clogs to buggery so incredibly quickly just so muggins here has to fvck around doing forced regens all the time

If you have to regen it so much either two things primary things wrong, driver habit - driving it incorrectly as a modern diesel with eco bullshittery demands and not knowing what modern diesel are for a certain persons lifestyle 🫣 or its sooo messed up from the first fail it’s a losing battle 😅.

that’s being general.

Oh absolutely, it's not my car, I'm very aware of how the system works in relation to the sustained rpm required to automatically trigger regent attempts whilst driving etc. She potters around locally, very rarely gets the car on prolonged boost and due to a lack of cruise control we don't normally take her car on longer trips.

I happen to have the vag Ross tech software to scan and read sutt levels etc so it's not actually that much of a pain.

If I didn't have the software I'd of insisted she went with a different engine.

It's definitely not ideal but as you can imagine, when choosing a car I had to pick my battles when it came to certain bits and the fuel choice was the least of my concerns 😂

The car is actually getting driven to Manchester today very "spiritedly" by me in order for me to judge her new tyres cough cough

Goodafternoon - why do they build a bike for 15-20k and then make the side stand so incredibly tiny.. every time putting it on a slight incline feels like it's gonna fall over 🤣

The BMW R1200R, R1250R and R1250RS all have side stands that are too long - you need an incline otherwise you have to use the centrestand.

They only make them in one size I guess hahaha - doesn't matter how tall each bike is

That would be funny if it wasn't true!

It works fine on the R1200GS. 🙏

I tested a R1300GS and it was fine. Why they can't be consistent is a mystery to me.
