Gerontious Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 (edited) All he needs are 100 mps to back him and he will be the next PM. We’ll know on Monday. But I reckon he will win as all those red wall mps and those with a small majority Looking at losing their seats will see him as their best hope. I think that’s a vain hope, even with the Johnson magic, they’re still doomed. Edited October 21, 2022 by Gerontious Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 If they re-elect a man who has proven himself unworthy of holding public office the little credibility they will only prove themselves to be morally bankrupt as well as financially inept. 1 Quote

Lizz was inept as was Mr kwasi. The rest were just incapable of picking the right leader, the right of the party and it would seem the members were drawn to low taxes, something that's just not happening. Quote
Fozzie Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 The media seem to be whipping up a storm, you almost think they want Boris to win. He doesn't have to even lift a finger, he just has to let the media portray him as the thing that can come back and oppose Starmer. I personally think there is some merit to that, the hardcore Brexit lot love Boris. But on the whole, it will alienate more of the electorate. I genuinely think the tories have a choice, go for election now and lose, or push through and lose the next 2 at least. Providing Labour don't stuff it up. Quote
