You will also have access to all the facilities including an outdoor heated swimming pool and a bar and restaurant. We can even facilitate bands or DJs within the bar or outside under our marquee. Outside bar Landlord is a keen enthusiast (however he recently sold both his bikes). Marquee could be made available (it is a LARGE marquee Outside mail/female/?x? toilets - No showers. Pub does food - Can be persuaded to do breakfasts (the food is VERY good) Real Ale Downsides: Unlikely to get permission for fires. Next to a church with a chiming clock Roads are flat(ish) but there are some interesting run routes No 'B&B' accommodation on site but available nearby (+ travel Lodge + Holiday Inn). Already agreed - B/Fasts will be available (traditional or 'fancy' as required). They will 'put on' Karioke type entertainment on the Saturday night - Will we wish to do our own (Rennie?).
