Capt Sisko
I strongly urge all members to watch the video below (by White Dalton Solicitors) about insurance companies and pay particular attention to what they say about them not using properly qualified legal advisers to handle your claim and the Credit/Bike Hire scam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryHPJPlA-q8 Edited March 12 by Capt Sisko
Angela Collen
Wow Capt Sisko my mind is blown, this rider is now well informed and won't be taken for royal ride, I've just re insured and got legal assistance added, that's now opened my eyes about its limitations, if injuries or problems, go to specialist, good idea in comments section on video, when talking to insurance company, say is this being recorded? I don't want hire bike or storage ( even if say free) I have a car, and recover bike to your garage, crazy this just happens to bikers, but big thanks for sharing, this is game changing and could easily derail someone's life, appreciate you taking time to post

S-Westerly
Yes, seems to be a fairly universal opinion that they are generally a bunch of ( insert expletive of your choice).
bonio
I'm lucky I guess, I had a reasonable experience with Markerstudy when my bike was nicked. They paid up (not as much as I would have liked, mind) and I had the money 14 days after the theft. I guess it's a lot more straightforward when there's a total loss.
