  1. @bonio I only powered it via USB to get it working in the house then fitted it to the bike. I used a phone charger I'm not aware of a 12v USB? The cable that you fit and connect direct to the battery has a converter to drop the voltage to 5v
  2. Putting a bit of black tape across the L plate is usually enough
  3. Point them down and if you get pulled play dumb and say you didn't realise they was on! If you get a fine which would be highly unlikely then take it on the chin Mine are always on and never had an issue

  7. Hi and welcome to the forum Yes there should be a seal there that can be changed But first have you cleaned up the whole area to make sure its leaking as chain lube can make it look like a leak
  8. These U turns are a weird thing but there is an easy fix that makes them route as normal. For some reason when you import a route it does this weird U turn issue and gets stuck trying to get you back. You can modify the route and make it show as a saved trip rather than an imported one and this allows the zumo to route it correctly. Read here for more info and how to fix https://www.zumouserforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=2301

  14. The connectors that they crimp are poor! get the crimp set that @V650 recommends and buy some decent connectors like this type https://www.automotiveconnectors.com/connector-terminals.html you can then create crimps and connectors that are as good as or better than OEM You can also buy decent superseal connectors and create a removable watertight connection Superseal Connectors The possibilities are endless with a decent set soldered joints can go brittle due to vibration
  15. Well the stars have aligned! Breakfast run in morning
  16. Morning! Was hoping to get out on the bike tomorrow! then the wife reminded me I have jobs to do for the inlaws
  17. @husoi mentioned about a TMBF App thats available Its not an app as such but uses the browser to create a shortcut that can be used like an app providing a direct link to the forum. I have copied and pasted the information below from the Invision community website so you can "install" it if you so wish There is also some info on Mobile notifications too Invision community provides support for push notifications on mobile devices. This will allow you to get notifications on your phone, even when you do not have your browser open, to alert you of new content on followed items and more. The following will show how to set this up on iOS and Android devices, on their default iOS / Apple Devices On apple devices, when visiting the community, you can click on the "Share" icon at the bottom of the page to add this to your home page. Share icon on iOS You will see "Add to Home Screen" at the bottom of the list Adding to the home screen It will allow the user to change the name of the icon they will add to their home screen should they wish to do so, then will add it to the home screen as a native application, which you can then move around as you can with any other application Changing the name and adding Android Devices On android devices, when visiting the community you will be shown at the bottom of the page (chrome is used in this example) that you can add the application to your home page Add to home If you do not see this, you can select the browser menu, where you can then find the option to add the application to your home page Add to home on menu Once selected, you will be prompted to add it, which will then show on your desktop. Of course you can move this around as you can with any other application. Enabling Notifications Once this is added, if you wish to get push notifications, you will need to switch them on. Click on the item that has just been created to open your community (ensure you do it from the new application icon). Once in there go to the following location Menu->Bell Icon->Notification Settings At the bottom of the page, click to enable browser notifications under the "Push" section Enabling Push Notifications Notifications in action
