Looks good! What's the material? I fancy a printer but just don't have the time. I draw stuff up and bung it off to 3D Hubs. They're so cheap it's ridiculous.

Have you tried tapping the lines or reverse bleeding them? Tying the lever is a very temporary fix.

Of course a spark would come out and do it for you! Piece of piss job for them, 3 minutes tops. As Stu says though, if you want to do it yourself then move the wires one at a time between identically labelled terminals. Just make sure the power is off at the consumer unit!

You're talking about Toyoda I presume. It was a bit more than wanting to "be the best", they created a whole manufacturing quality methodology around it -TPS. Something Chinese manufacturing haven't really bothered with much yet. Fun fact: in the 90s when they were floundering, Toyota gave Porche full access their facilities and knowledge because they didn't consider Porsche any sort of rival in terms of quality or manufacturing. Porsche pinched TPS methods (lean, 6 sigma etc.) and German Technik was born.

I absolutely agree! I also have an old Honda for non sunny weather. I don't bother cleaning it though - the shit off the fields can stay on it as it helps hide the rust.

These ones: Beam pattern? What beam pattern! I wish I'd taken a pic because it was a splodge on high and low. I must have spent an hour and a half fiddling about to get it somewhere reasonable and then when I went to stick the unit back in the housing it turned out the fan/heat exchanger this was too long. Mild shoving caused the thing to break in two so that was the end if that.
