  1. Sounds the same as mine, HELD. Warm pocket and a dry pocket. Tend to be used for most of my riding and my vented summer gloves the rest of the time.
  2. Hi and welcome. I was holidaying in Florence during April. Saw some strange choices of bikes there.

    Just saying Hi

    Hi and welcome.
  7. Best of luck next time @peepae.
  8. Like @bonio optimate 4 had it 10+ years. Used to charge battery if it shows signs of struggling after a long layoff in the cold.
  9. You could offer to help him fix it, for a fee.
  10. As it was relatively warm and dry went out for a ride to find tags. Stop n Stuff, near Woburn attached to Pure Triump, is now Emma's. Coffee and cake was consumed.
  11. That was lucky. I got to work one day and discovered my top box was no longer there . never did find it.
  12. I've just got back after a very nice ride and a breakfast.
  13. As it was a nice day took it out for a ride. Went to the Piston Club @ The Stag on the A46 Alcester road out of Stratford on Avon (B49 6NQ). The do good breakfasts. Sunday is bike day and there was a good attendance.
  14. Do it. Had 3 days on South Uist earlier in the year. Unfortunately we were in the car but the roads looked good for biking. If you do decide to go and start in Uist use the ferry from Uig to Lochmaddy as this is more reliable than the ferry from Oban and is a much shorter route. There were several bikes on the ferry when we went over and they were well secured. we didn’t have time to get to Harris.
  15. The joys of the Kawasaki twin pot sliding callipers. Looks to be the same as used on my GPX750. That was a strip down each year and clean to keep them working smoothly.
