  2. if you have to leave it ;out of sight that is ; take another form of transport.. minimise trips to fuel pumps by keepin a 20l can in the garage.. whatever security you declare it will be expected to be used 100% of the time the bike is unattended..

Ducati ... marmite .. had one won't have another.. and the loud pipes won`t bode well wit the sound scameras that are commin.... the other thing was the maintenance schedule and the difficulty of following it .. had to to remove the fcukin exhaust to clean the oil filter .. had to buy a socket set & torque wrench off a truck to remove the back wheel ...

  6. i have actually taken a rtitb counterbalance forklift licence test .. got a certificate somewhere .. though i suspect i would need an update .. weird .. not like driving a car .. so i shut my mouth .. disregarded what shit i thought i knew and did as when and how i was told .. guess what .. i passes first time..

  9. either way its not compatable with road craft techniques as taught in this country .. evidently you already know enough about riding a motorcycle so you should have no problem passing your test ... do let us know how you get on won't you !!!

  11. the problem is .. this is a race track technique.. and likely to cause an accident given roads are cluttered by obstacles and hazards which you won`t find on a closed race circuit..
  12. the difficult bit is learning how to avoid being knocked off .. and learning :by rote how :to pass a test will not provide the anticipation required to do this ...

  16. i keep a 65cc mini stomp .. similar sort of problem .. i dropped the needle one grove .. this helped .. also i cleaned the air filter .. using petrol .. and re-oiled .. again this helped .... i fitted a NGK suppressor cap.. again this helped somewhat .. i also made sure the connection from the HT. lead was good..

  18. any aftermarket exhaust will have a negative impact on fuel economy .. your 30-35 mpg is not exceptional .. an OEM setup should return 42-45 mpg ..
  19. tbh. i don`t know .. only had mine 6 months ... lost any interest in them after that .... i don`t do winter roads .. got a transit for that take it you had an aftermarket exhaust ? have not done that in 20 years ..
  20. i had an MT-09 .. soft budget suspension that pogoed all over the place .. and a three cylinder engine that i ended up detesting .. funny cos i quite fancy an MT-10 lol..
  21. i have book-marked this hotel in my Basecamp .. not that i`m sure when or even if i`ll be over that way again ....the menu looks fine.. would eat any of it .. sauerkraut is best eaten hot .. even if it is fermented cabbage .. but krautsalat is better all round ..
