  1. battery charging ok ? check battery terminals are tight and solenoid connections are good inc main fuse terminals check connecter block that links the stator and main wiring loom ( in front of battery box ) check engine earths and frame earths it may be giving a significant charge at lower revs but loose it and battery is insufficent to provide a steady power source fuel pumps are prone on these but you have replaced start at the basics and work through .
  2. also see if this old 'must do ' mod has not caused any issues ... ie snapped the stop part highlighted in red https://www.hayabusa.org/forum/threads/the-must-do-kick-stand-mod.25882/

  5. So have you broke the law ? are the cars stationary or queuing ? if they edge forward a few feet while your overtaking them the other side of double white lines they ain't stationary ..... I think you’re allowed to cross them to pass slow moving vehicles under 10 MPH?, not 100% sure on that one though. only 4% right Only to overtake a pedal cycle, horse or road maintenance vehicle, if they are travelling at 10 mph (16 km/h) or less

  8. not having a number plate light on a car is a fail . yet on a motorbike it's not ( or didn't use to be ) YET ... it is a offence that police can issue a ticket against Really? Does not make sense as on a bike the reg plate is only visible in the back and the only way the Police will know who you are is on that plate? Mandatory for car and not bike sounds illogical! Like who is making up these laws. Yep weird how mot said if not working its a pass and construction and use says if fitted must work.. However i do now seem to recollect this was updated in the changes to mot that bike will fail .on this . Still love the fact that i can display a front plate on my 96 cbr600 if i so wish ..
