  1. Check the visor is fitted properly and is the right one. It might adjust for a tighter seal or even fit a bit of tape or draught excluder foam to seal the gaps. Shows are good for bargains but you can't take it back easily and they know. You'll find a lot of seconds and returns posing as bargains. Some are, some aren't.
  2. Drink don't work , tried that. Drugs illegal or prescription don't work, tried them. Exercise helps but it takes a bomb to get you off your @rse. Riding the bike helps. Playing Sax helps. Company and talking helps best for me. It's a viscious circle though. The worse you get the less company you want. Join something, night classes, Ramblers, your local folk club. Not for fun, for therapy It won't get better on it's own. You can't fight it on your own, get help. 1 in four have mental health problems, probably more on here. So there's lots who understand
  3. I've googled like mad and I can't find that. I thought it was just sunbathing
  4. Not been married long and its all gone tits up
  5. He shouldn't be there. It goes against nature sending redheads to the middle east. Hell stick out like a sore thumb. "Look Abdul! A helicopter with a glowing orange cockpit"
  6. Is Halfords oil suitable for a wet clutch?
  7. Business is business. Supply and demand. Stand outside the venue and ask for £200
  8. MrSheen for plastic and paintwork
  9. Bleedin scooter....turned it off
  10. Bloke up our street used to get burgled every time he went on holiday. Turned out to be his brother and they shared the insurance money. They used to put criminals in the army or navy times gone by. See how brave they are then. See if you can burgle the detonator out of that ied lad
  11. Top it up. Don't wait till the bike overheats and seizes. If you top it up and the level goes down again you know you have some sort of leak to sort out.
  12. By the time it starts to seize, as yours has, there's probably a deal of rusting of the inner cable. I'd be getting a replacement now while it still works and putting it on the shelf for when it goes. Lubrication of all moving parts should be on your schedule and done regularly.
  13. If it's a car park enforced by the council civil enforcement officers, ring the coucil and the vehicle will be ticketed. If it's private ring the owners. Lots have private enforcement. Blocking a car with a bike is a bit of a non starter. Not that I'd stick the car in a bike bay but, if a bike was blocking me, I'd move it.
  14. There's your problem Any problems you have with your bike after a strip down can be easily cured by keep riding and rev the nuts off it

  17. Thankyou. Can't believe I've not heard of him. Lots of stuff on youtube. Just ordered Addicted and Ghost. You wouldn't think it was anything to do with the same bloke lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpbUGBm6 ... KONMxTYWdn
  18. And a helmet...gotta keep it legal http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z28/Colin_the_bear/images-2.jpg
  19. You need to concentrate on traffic and learn your road craft before becoming a mobile DJ and accessing facebook on the move. The helmet is to protect your head. It's not an app store. If the helmet has any space for gadgets in it, then it doesn't fit properly imo
  20. Being comfortable when you get there isn't the point with dedicated bike boots. They are for weather and accident protection. I prefer a good quality leather commando style boot. Protection and you can walk in them when you get there. I wouldn't wear a short boot on a bike. You need ankle protection.
  21. Substitute lettuce for chips and get a whole second
